The 75 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine.



A billiard table, table football, and ping-pong are available in a separate games room, shared with our second gîte (for 2 people).



A 400 m² fish-filled pond is available for catch-and-release fishing.

Electric bike rental is available on site for an extra fee. Canoeing is possible 10 km away. Supermarket 5 km. The medieval town of Lauzerte is 14 km away.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.



The property provides guidelines to help you sort waste correctly. Water-saving devices have been installed. The owner reserves the right to deduct from the deposit if the accommodation is not left in proper condition.
