"Great little villa by the beach and centrally located between the two restaurants. The golf cart was definitely appreciated. It was nice to get some breakfast and dinner quicker than walking would’ve been treasure K is a pretty small island community so there’s not a whole lot to do unless you bring your own fun. But sitting on the beach a week before Thanksgiving and swimming in the water was great. Be careful of the little jellyfish they can sting but it doesn’t really hurt too much at all. "

"The villa is in a super convenient location. A short golf cart ride to the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, and the marina for a boat ride. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Has lots of games for a game night in with your family/friends. Chasity is extremely responsive when you call/message her. Look forward to the next time we come back to this BEAUTIFUL island!"

"The location is on the end of the island near Bluff House. Keep this in mind if visiting during off season that you might want to purchase items to cook or warm up because the resorts nearby are closed. There are many nice food and beverage spots on island. The host l, Ashley, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and return! "

"This a great unit, well appointed, and very clean. There are two other units in front of this but they are just left enough to make this essentially a beachfront view. All instructions and communication was perfect. Amy is very attentive to messages. Kitchen is packed with everything needed. Soap and shampoo provided as well as enough toilet paper so no need to purchase at the store. Fully filled market up the street as well as a liquor store around the corner.
