Casas de vacaciones privadas en Cayo Lower Matecumbe

"Our stay here was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was enjoyable the one time we used it. Sitting on the deck gazing out to sea was exactly what I needed. Spotting a crocodile swim by was exciting!"

"This property was great for our family! It was very clean and comfortable and Milly was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to the few questions that I had. The only thing a renter may need to be aware of is the home is an upstairs apartment. When I read the listing I thought it was a house. It was no problem for my family but if we had someone that was wheelchair dependant it would have been an issue. That's it though, our stay was great and a lot of that was credit to how...

"We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. Also the cable TV did not work in the bedrooms and was...

"Lots of thought was put into this rental. Well stocked & Very clean. My only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the bedroom without one. Great location. Would definitely stay here again if we came back. Thanks!"

"Great location. Pretty views of Bay. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our brief stay for July 4th."

"The entire Duck key area is beautiful. All the units on this strip face the sunset, and the area is quiet and not overly populated. This unit specifically is an end unit which is nice because it has more windows and 1 less wall to share. The only downside I have is the kitchen is not well stocked with cookware/utensils. There are only 3 small/medium saucepans which made it difficult to cook meals/catch at home. -I had to buy a bigger pot to boil stuff. Also very few oven safe pans, and we ran...

"Beautiful home in the perfect location right in the middle of the keys. Host was very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We had a great time at this waterfront townhome. The unit was just as described. Having our boat right outside the back door was a plus. We will be back!"

"We had a lovely stay and our communications with the host we timely, and very helpful."

"Excellent host, great location, great amenities, tidy & reasonably clean. Our host, Ana, had a booklet which includes everything from A-Z about the accomodations & area. The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers. We would have given 5-stars, except for the lack of attention to the cleanliness of some areas of the kitchen and...

"Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use...

"It was perfect for our girl trip!"

"10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Frank is an excellent host and the property was beautiful."

"Very nice unit! Exactly as advertised. A very small issue was it wasn’t stocked well with TP, paper towels, garbage bags and soap. But when I asked for garbage bags they quickly got them to me! I would definitely recommend! "

"Found a dead palmetto bug on arrival and we didn’t have enough trash bags beyond 1 day.Other than this it was a great stay!"

"We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys. The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to...
