HORRIBLE. mold everywhere. do not stay here if you want an enjoyable vacation or trip. In fact, we left after the first night due to the deplorable living conditions and the hotel is still not giving us our money back. very dishonest business. not at all the hospitality of Belize. STAY AWAY!

The property is is a good location close to both the water, shopping and dining. Check in was a little confusing because there isn't a person in the hotel area, but then I remembered reading that we had to get the keys from the store downstairs.

Everything is amazing! Easy check in, we arrived a little early and room was super clean and ready. Near water taxi and swimming area (the split). Great food nearby. Mini market store right below the hotel, great for quick grabs. They have everything you need. Very nice staff. It is very simple, nothing luxurious but I Would definitely stay again :) Nice and relaxing time!

Nice little local hotel.
For the price it was good. Not luxurious, but we don't need that. Ac worked well, had hot water & good water pressure. Community kichen. No bugs. Room serviced everyday. If you want a beautiful place on the beach, this isn't it. If you want to save money and like the adventures of new places. It's great.

Economical base for exploring Caye Caulker, short walk from the ferry terminal and handily above a supermarket (where you check-in). Windowless room but not an issue as most of the time was spent outdoors. Strong aircon and wifi, plus shower (hot water). Friendly staff, would stay again.

I really loved staying here. Very clean and most accomodating owners. Only thing is the wooden doors could use a little buffering because as lots of people coming and going, it was a tad annoying. But overall this place is top notch ! There is even a common area you can make toast and use the microwave. And a fridge in every room !! A nice escape compared to a hostel !

I booked during high season and not too many hotel options left. I was pleasantly surprised there were still rooms available at sky inn. The room was decent, a great place to sleep securely, beds were comfortable, had AC, free water and coffee and easily walkable to most places or easy to grab a golf cart taxi. I would stay again. My only recommendation would be to put a curtain in the bathrooms, hotel guest across the street can easily see inside. I had to use a long dress as a curtain. Price was very fair in comparison to other places.

Our hosts julia and lewis. Are great hosts. This is our 2 nd time staying it makes a great stop off point if your coming in from the air port. Julia and lewis are very helpful. And the food lewis cooks is very good. Best fried chicken in belize. If you need a place to rest after a long flight this works!

Très bon hôtel pour y passer quelques nuits L’accueil s’est fait très rapidement et simplement en passant par un caissier du magasin en dessous de l’hôtel, qui nous a donné notre chambre plusieurs heures avant le checkin officiel à notre arrivée. L’internet marchait très bien, le lit était confortable et la salle de bain plutôt grande en comparaison des autres hotels d’ici. Seul bémol : des travaux nous ont réveillés en face de l’hôtel mais ce n’est pas leur faute
