not the whole house

We loved our location in Sandy’s secret! What a spectacular view from the front porch. The ocean breeze come right onto the porch and is fabulous. It’s harder to tell from the description that the listing is the lower level of the house only. The upper part of the house is another rental. There were a few noise issues with doors slamming and banging. For us the upper renters were very accommodating when we told them how much we could hear them. But just be aware.

Sandy's Secret was fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy's Secret. The location was perfect, close to everything but not in the busy/noisy part of town. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely book here again!

This was such a happy surprise. The island is calm and relaxing and the property was amazing. Everyone on the property was extremely helpful and we never were lacking anything we needed. I can't recommend the island or this property enough.

We stayed at the beachfront lower level. The space was beautiful and the view was amazing. We would walk out onto the pier have a seat and some drinks.Make sure you bring mosquito repellent because they are all over the island

The perfect place to stay for the best vacation experience.

What an amazing view. The property was so well maintained. The staff was the perfect mix of helpful when needed and invisible when not. It was so nice to have the staff respect our vacation time. The beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Caye Caulker!

Incredible oceanfront home!

The entire stay was incredible. Super clean area. Friendly staff. Super convenient to have an on sight restaurant, serving fresh food any time of the day. Sandy's secret felt like the most prime lot on the property. Ocean front with a private yard. Dreamy. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay at Sandy's Secret

Lovely unit for our stay! Nicely stocked kitchen, beautiful grounds and views of the sea. Loved all of the outdoor seating options and the large dock. It was great to have the pool to cool off in! And we were able to walk to the village for meals or to a nearby market for grocery items. We realized we could take a path along the beach as well to reach the village. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

This was paradise!

The second we set foot in our property Sandy’s Secret it felt like home. The unit was beach side with a courtyard. It was immaculate and fully curated to fit any travellers! There are paddle boards and beach games right outside the courtyard. It comes with full acres to docks for a swim or chillaxin on long beach chairs! The front office is so professional and helpful to booking trips and or rent bikes and darts. We did a snorkeling trip full day with Beasean Sea Sandy our captain was awesome with the kids and us. We will definitely be back to Veneto properties more specifically Sandy’s Secret unit. At least this my youngest son’s dream;) He didn’t want to leave! Weezies restaurant who is our property was delicious to eat in or take out! Could not recommend enough this property! There are many pool la also on property ! GO SLOW ( the islands motto) Any questions Send me a message.

The staff were so helpful & accommodating. The grounds, pool & waterfront were always clean & beautiful. My only dislike which is not the properties fault were the sand flies, out of our group a few of us got them pretty bad. We prepared ourselves from them but it didn’t work.

Family Beach Vacation

What a wonderful spot! Sandy’s gets 5🌟all the way around. Everything was so good we never even had to reach out to property management. Seamless check in/out. Quiet area, direct beach access, no bustle around the home at all. All staff were amazing if we needed anything. Home has everything you need and more. Quick stops at the stores for basic supplies was a breeze. Golf cart rental highly recommended from this spot. If you’re looking for a boat charter, look no farther than MisJak Charters (reach out to Dylan & Ken). Will definitely be back -Edmond, OK, USA

Such a great place to stay!!

My family of four stayed here. We loved our time at the house, pool, dock, walking into town, walking the south side of the island and more. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The whole experience was really wonderful.

Sandy’s Secret

Property was very clean, and the grounds are beautiful . Staff were fantastic! Recommendations for taxis and snorkeling /fishing, etc. we’re very good. We were well taken care of and felt safe. Located just far enough away from the city center for peace and quiet but within walking distance.
