I enjoyed my stay here! The house is conveniently located near just about everything and anything you would and need and was perfect for my long stay. Not to mention Brian is very attentive to his guests. I would definitely recommend and would book again if I’m ever in the area.

Such a wonderful experience! All the previous reviews were spot on, super comfortable beds and pillows. Great location and Brian was a terrific host. It was very welcoming to walk in to such a clean house, terrific smell and music playing in the background. We enjoyed it so much, that I have already re-booked this house for our next visit in December.

South Carolina Graduation

This was the perfect house for us to stay in for the University of South Carolina graduation. The house was clean and comfortable with great indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved the location - it was really easy to get around but it wasn't too crowded in the area. We all enjoyed the pac-man machine!

We booked our stay to attend our daughter’s graduation from University of South Carolina. She received her Masters Degree. This was perfectly located for the event and perfect to relax and enjoy. Great location and has all you could ask for. Thank you so much for the perfect stay.

Wonderful property!

The house was fantastic! It was very clean, comfortable furniture, awesome television with many viewing options. The video game was really fun and the hosts left a nice surprise welcome gift! Nice neighborhood and easy check in. We really liked everything about our stay here and would definitely choose to stay here again if we are traveling in this area.

Had 5 adults staying in the house for USC Frat weekend and football. Great location, spacious house, well stocked with essentials and owner was quick to respond to any inquiries. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and although we did not cook, the kitchen appeared to be very well stocked. The house decor was adorable and the complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you, Brian!

Great spot in Columbia SC Metro

Booked to have a small TG celebration. Great kitchen stocked with tools and pans. Clean, safe area that was good for walking a dog. Felt spacious though cozy. Very comfortable bed. Highly responsive and helpful host.

The location is convenient. The house is comfortable, well-furnished (comfy beds!), well-organized. The backyard is nice. There are numerous special touches: a bottle of wine, coloring books, games, books. The bathrooms is excellent.

Spacious house in an amazing neighborhood

Brian’s house is the best short term rental we’ve stayed at in the Columbia area. It’s spacious, has nice and comfy sofas with a huge TV, and has everything you need. My favorite part was the sun room with the standing desk where my wife was able to work at comfortably. Will recommend this listing 100%!

Great location to everything Columbia!

Place was as advertise, very clean and cozy. Close to the college and a easy drive to the beach. Brian the host was in contact throughout our stay to check in to see if we needed anything. When coming to Columbia SC definitely reach out to Brian and his staff to stay in one of many of their awesome locations.Thank you Brian for a great welcoming and friendly greeting as we walked in the door the first night. We will be reaching out in the future when returning to Columbia.

Father & Sons Masters Trip

We stayed on as a home base to attend the Masters. An easy 1+/- drive away from Augusta. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood while older is undergoing a renaissance. The house was perfectly set up for us, including an 85” TV which we watched the NCAA finals, and some of the masters not to mention a movie. It was a guys trip after all! Thank you Brian for a great time!

Great House

Clean house on the corner. We stayed in another house last year with this same host. Both houses were great. This house has an open kitchen and living room with a ton of room. 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a king bed. Nice walk in shower in main bathroom. Fenced in backyard with a ramp which was nice for our senior dog. This host has been great both times. We will be back in November sometime and more than likely pick this house again. If not I believe this host has 4 or 5 houses in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house or another from this host if it meets your needs.
