The house was clean and neat, inside and outside. However, the photos and description did not accurately portray the neighborhood. We never felt unsafe or concerned, but the neighborhood was not as "nice" as implied. I would stay there again, but with different expectations.
Things that would make this property and experience better:
1) Really need to repair/replace the exhaust fan in the hall bathroom. It will soon destroy itself.
2) Door knob in master-bathroom is slipping and extremely difficult to operate. My 90yr old dad got stuck in the bathroom until we finally heard him calling for help.
3) Add a Keurig! We brought pods with us, because we thought that the photos showed a Keurig. We made it work with the drip machine, but would much prefer a Keurig.
4) Please make it plain that there are no condiments in the kitchen pantry. Only salt and pepper were provided. All of the other VRBOs and ABNBs that I have stayed in had a modest supply of spices and oil (EVOO please!!) for cooking. We had to purchase all of these to do our cooking.
5) Check in was OK, but check out was a bit confusing. I followed the texted link to the checkout instructions, the night before to be sure we prepped for departure, but NOT check-out. Next morning link was dead, so I couldn't double-check instructions, nor officially "checkout". Couldn't contact Host.
Overall, stay was good. We would stay again, but would would like to see the above items addressed.
