"Every aspect from the staff, to the food, to the added extra of the outdoor pool were fantastic! The hotel is on a busy road, so we thought perhaps the noise would cause an issue but we couldn’t hear it from our room. It’s an absolute little gem and we will happily return."

"This is a very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Big rooms with good equipment and comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. It's located in a very centric location, 5 min from the train station and the city centre and all bus stops. It's in the main street of "weekend night life" (if you like to go party, the have discounts for a nightclub), so it may be a bit noisy during weekends... but the rest of the week is very quiet. For a B&B (not hotel) is probably the best I have been."

"Upon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior. "Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. " Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "
