"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again."

"This amazing, beautiful property had great space for all ages. The private bathrooms made it perfect for our extended family. We were able to celebrate our Razorback's graduation with paddle boarding, hiking, kayaking. The kids enjoyed the game room: plenty of space for grandparents too! Enjoyed the view immensely!"

"Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!!"

"Couldn’t find anything remotely affordable in Fayetteville for family weekend, so found the perfect excuse to stay and ride from here! Perfect space for me and the wife. Only nit I could pick would be that I’d wish the beeps on the gate keypad could be turned off. Since our door is right by the main gate, we could hear everyone entering. "

"The apartment was nice and clean with all the basic necessities. I slept comfortably and enjoyed the shower and kitchen kurieg machine in the mornings. It was close to Crystal Bridges, the reason for my visit. The price was good. The hosts were helpful in their communications. The door lock was easy and the code was personalized, so easy to remember. Overall good and would recommend."
