Die Villa war aussergewöhnlich und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Der Pool (gegen Aufpreis beheizt) war perfekt. Wir haben besonders genossen, dass die Villa nicht einsehbar war; den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Cavalaire-sur-Mer; die Nähe zu den Stränden und den wunderbaren Orten der Provence. Supermärkte etc. in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.

Que du bonheur !

La villa est idéalement située et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Parfaitement décorée et très agréable à vivre, nous avons vraiment passé un séjour de rêve en famille. Frédéric, l'hôte est très sympathique ainsi que son équipe Dimitri et Nathan qui gèrent la villa. Que des félicitations, un grand merci et à très bientôt.

Zwei schöne Wochen an der Côte d'Azur

Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr Corona-bedingt unsere Reisepläne aufgeben mussten, hat es in diesem Jahr nun geklappt. Die Villa Margot liegt in wunderschöner Panorama-Lage, hat schöne große Zimmer und ist wirklich gut eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus, professionelle Abwicklung

Coronabedingt war lange nicht klar, ob die Reise stattfinden kann. Der Vermieter hat sehr kulant auf die Situation reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und alles ist gepflegt. Der Pool ist lang und schmal, gut zum Schwimmen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastic holiday!

Villa Margo is a great place to enjoy the lively Cavalaire by close and still be able to relax in silence. With only a 15 / 20 minutes walk you are at the promenade or centre to spend your day or evening. But when you're in Villa Margo you forget you're that close. The photo's don't lie, the Villa is very beautiful, also the view it offers you. Kitchen is very well equiped. We took the service for house keeping. This was really good. Two times they came around and freshened the house and also changed the sheets one time. It really is a great place to choose for a holiday!

Traumhaus

Ein wunderschönes Haus auf modernstem Standard perfekt für 8 Personen, auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Im Eingangsbereich Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Unten die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer mit Bädern. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vor Leben wie Gott in Frankreich

Vor wenigen Tagen zurückgekehrt von einem herrlichen Urlaub in perfektem Ambiente. Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das vor allem durch seine Lage mit Blick auf s Meer begeistert. Der coole Pool war das Wohlfühl-I-Tüpfelchen. Also in jedem Falle ganz bald wieder!! und Merci Beaucoup an die supernette Hausbetreuerin Emilie und den liebenswürdigen Eigentümer Frederic!!!

We were in eight villas, but this has never been.

The stay was very quiet at first, Emilie (Mrs. who gave us the keys and cleaned in the villa), she agreed with us that she would come every Wednesday and Saturday to clean up (we were in the villa for 14 days) she was always very nice, even though we reported that the alarm in the pool was just stuck, even though it cleaned the leatherette sofa that we dirty during our stay (which is very easy with such material), there was nothing to worry about. But last night from Thursday to Friday the last week of our stay, something unexpected happened to us. When we were asleep in the ground floor, we heard some sounds with our husband, everyone else was asleep.We checked again if all the doors in the villa were locked and went to bed. In about two hours, I woke up and saw the thief in my bedroom as he wanted to steal a Louis Vuitton handbag from the chest of drawers. I called him and he ran away. From horror, we and our husband inspected the whole villa and found that in the first floor was open to the balcony and the main entrance doors were unlocked and closed. Our bedroom was on the ground floor, that is across the villa. Children and our friends were still asleep. The thief did not take anything from the whole villa, the audio system and the TV on the first floor of the villa, the phones, and the PCs that lay loosely on the table on the first floor, just went for my bag that he knew exactly where he found her. And the worst thing was that you unlocked the keys because the locks were not broken, and it was even possible to unlock the door with the keys inserted in the lock on the other side as we later found out.The next day we called Emilia that we wanted to leave the villa, that we did not feel safe. She seemed to understand us and everything was without problems, no shortcomings or anything like that. However, in two days, owner Frédéric write us that he would not return a deposit because we damaged the sofa, the alarm was't in the pool, we stole a vase!!, used plastic utensils from the kitchen by the pool and we used the Starbucks capsule in the Nespresso coffee machine thereby damaging it. Just forgot to tell us when we were staying. We've been talking to Frédéric via HOMEAWAY reports and sent us only a portion of the deposit. Information about the thief in the villa he did not consider important, equally someone owns the keys the villa and he told us only, that the cameras in the villa are not working. Such conduct is inadmissible.

De superbes vacances

Un grand merci au propriétaire de cette belle villa. Nous y avons passé une semaine extra!D'autant que la météo était au rdv! Zen attitude correspond très bien aux vacances que nous avons passées.. Tout est de bon gout, pensé pour y séjourner tranquillement, face à la mer, et dans un cadre soigné et sobre. Nous reviendrons..A bientôt Frederic!

... eine traumhafte Woche ...

Ende September / Anfang Oktober 2017 durften wir einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wundevollen Objekt verbringen. Das Anwesen bietet von jedem Schlafzimmer Meerblick und liegt sehr ruhig am Berg oberhalb Cavalaire. Der Hafen von Cavalaire ist etwa 1.5 km entfernt und auch gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung haben wir als funktionell, modern, gemütlich und stilvoll empfunden. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und hat eine Nespresso wie auch eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Schiebeschrank, eine Kommode, Fernseher und ein Bad. Zwei Zimmer müssen sich ein WC teilen. Die Zimmer lassen sich mit automatischer Jalousie abdunkeln. 3 Zimmer liegen im unteren Stockwerk, eines im oberen Stockwerk wo sich auch der Zugang zum Objekt befindet. Die Grünflächen bestehen aus hautsympathischem Kunstrasen. Der Pool ist 10 m lang und etwa 2.4 m breit, sowie etwa 1.6 m tief. Das ganze Objekt ist ausgesprochen gepflegt. Vor Ort wirkt Sandra als professioneller und stets erreichbarer, sehr sympathischer Direktkontakt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, welcher sehr schnell auf Anfragen über FeWo-direkt antwortet, war absolut unproblematisch und professionell. Wir haben uns die eine Woche in der Villa Margot sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours durant le mois d'Août 2017 et avons apprécié le charme et le calme de cette villa. Vue époustouflante sur la mer, la villa a été très bien pensée pour les vacances. Je remercie tout particulièrement Frédéric pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le voisinage est très discret et aussi super sympa. Très très belles vacances en famille. Eric( Belgique).

Beautiful house, very spacious rooms, and classy decorations with well equipped kitchen. Great views from the balcony of the sea in front and mountain behind. Only niggles were the sun umbrellas had no stands and the indoor cactus were pretty lethal and we all got bitten.
