Alles war bestens! Zur Anreise lagen alle notwendigen Infos vor, die Kommunikation war stets zügig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war wie erwartet. Wir benötigten 5 Schlafzimmer für 8 Leute und die haben für alle gepasst. Der Pool war immer gepflegt und ordentlich. Zu Stränden kommt man gut - zu Fuß in einem gesunden Fußmarsch oder mit dem Auto an verschiedene wunderschöne Strände in 15-30min Fahrreichweite. Radfahren lässt sich dort auch ganz prima. Wer will bis nach St. Tropez.Cavalaire ist ein schöner, lebendiger Ort, das Haus bestens und mit Hr. Lohrenz haben Sie einen tollen Gastgeber. Wenn es uns wieder in die Gegend und nach Cavalaire zieht, dann wissen wir, wo wir hingehen. Vielen Dank für alles, Hr. Lohrenz!

Relaxter Familienurlaub

Wir haben in dem großen Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht mit insgesamt 3 Familien mit 4 Kindern. Die Ausstattung des gesamten Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, vielleicht nur einen: das Duschbad könnte etwas größer sein, kein Platz etwas abzustellen. Herr Lohrenz war der perfekte Gastgeber. Sehr gute Kommunikation, es war kein Problem einen 2. Kinderstuhl zu bekommen und die Einrichtung einer Wallbox für unser E-Auto war spitzenmäßig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Von der Lage, über die Ausstattung bis hin zur Kommunikation. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde vieles optimiert. Traumhaft

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub, bei dem alles gepasst hat. Herr Lohrenz ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet für unsere grosse Familie. Endlich ein Ferienhaus mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, bei der alles funktioniert hat. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Wenn man jetzt noch ein Loch in die Hecke schneiden würde, könnte man auch vom Pool aufs Meer schauen :) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, gut für 10 Personen geeignet

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus für bis zu 10 Personen, toller Blick aufs Meer und schöner, beheizter Pool. Der Boule-Platz auf dem Grundstück hat für viel Spaß gesorgt. Außerdem ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer.

Ein Ferienhaus der Superlativen

Wir konnten für drei Wochen im Juni/Juli 22 mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind unseren Urlaub in der Villa Sylvia voll genießen. Ein Ferienhaus der Superlativen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, nützlich und vollständig. Insbesondere die Küche weist alles auf, was das Herz einer kochengagierten Familie sich wünscht. Die räumliche Aufteilung ist sinnvoll, da es mit dem unteren kleinen Apartment im Souterrain eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit (z.B. für die Versorgung von Kleinkindern) gibt, aber trotzdem für alle in der Hauptwohnung ausreichend Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten zur Verfügung steht. Der Pool, der Garten und die Boulebahn laden zum Entspannen und sportlicher Betätigung ein. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist - vor allem in den frühen Morgen- und späten Abendstunden - traumhaft und unvergessen. In Cavalaire, das mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist, stehen alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Badestrände, die gut ausgestattet sind, zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unproblematisch. Herr Lohrenz stand für Rückfragen schnell und freundlichst zur Verfügung. Nochmals besten Dank.

La villa bénéficie d'une très belle vue et il ne manque rien. La piscine et la terrasse couverte est très appréciable. Très calme. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Un petit bémol cependant si la propreté de l'étage supérieur était nickel on ne peux pas en dire autant de l'étage du bas.

Fantastic villa!

Beautiful, spacious villa, tastefully appointed. Very, very well stocked with more than sufficient kitchen and dinnerware, which is rare. We cook a lot, and have been frustrated in the past by villas which are not outfitted with enough kitchen utensils, this is NOT the case here. Everything you can think of was provided. View from the balcony is magical. Pool is great (one note: the pool is the same depth everywhere, around 1.70 meters deep, there is no shallow end for the kids - which was absolutely not a problem for us but might be of consideration for others). Being so far up the hill has its advantages and drawbacks of course - the drawback is that you need to drive everywhere, the advantage is the fabulous view and the calm. Love the solarium in front of the bedrooms, and the pétanque court. Very smart outdoor space design. The "LED lights tree" makes the living room a super cosy and romantic place to relax at night. Communication with owner is fast and easy. Minor issues were addressed immediately (e.g. no light on the balcony the first evening - as soon as I mentioned this to Rudi he texted back where I could find the stash of extra bulbs and voila! problem fixed). We only used upstairs and did not use the downstairs studio, so I can't say much about it aside from the fact that it's very pretty. One thing we really appreciated is that the house is laid out in such a way that it's very easy to find quiet/alone spaces to relax (one can lounge and read a book on the solarium while the kids are splashing in the pool and not get bothered; the night space is clearly separated from the living space with a closed door and a few steps). It's a VERY well conceived villas. Having rented my share of villas in the area, I give this one top marks. Only criticism - the driveway is steep and quite difficult to manage with a big car, especially a long one. Our friends had a tiny car and were able to go up and down easily and even turn around at the top of the driveway, but I wasn't so lucky. Taking my car downhill backwards gave me cold sweats - although after a few times you get used to it and by the end of the week it felt a lot more comfortable. Definitely recommend this house and absolutely planning to come back next year if we can.

Fint hus med vacker utsikt

Stort och mycket välutrustat hus som ger goda möjligheter för avkoppling vid den privata poolen och den stora balkongen i skuggan med en fantastisk utsikt. Passar två familjer. Övre våningsplanet (max 6 personer) charmigt och rymligt. Nedre våningsplanet (max 4 personer) något enklare men funktionellt. Bra kommunikation med hjälpsam ägare.

Great place to stay

This is a great property in a lovely part of France, wonderful views and close enough to amenities for convenience, yet far enough away for tranquillity. For context this is the third villa we have visited in the last three years, and this was a as good as any of them. The owner was extremely responsive to our needs and resolved the one minor issue we had on arrival, one sheet short in the linen pack, within an hour of my raising it which was very impressive. Communication was easy and I really appreciated the couple of check point contacts he made to ensure everything was on track. The property and the garden have a lovely feel, and a lot of care and attention has been lavished on them both. Highly recommended.

Vakantie ten top in deze mooie, ruime & perfect uitgeruste villa in een rustige mooie omgeving !

Wij verbleven in de villa met 3 gezinnen (10 personen) en hadden allen dezelfde mening : De villa ligt mooi georiënteerd in een zeer rustige & private woonzone en men heeft vanop het ruime , voldoende schaduwrijke terras een zeer mooi uitzicht op de groene omgeving dat uiteindelijk overvloeit naar de baai van Cavalaire, La Croix-Valmer en Ramatuelle. Alle slaapkamers (5) zijn uitgerust met goedwerkende airco en beide woonvolumes met 2 keukens, 2 woonkamers en 3 badkamers bieden meer dan voldoende ruimte om 10 personen met hun nodige privacy te huisvesten. De keuken is zeer riant uitgerust, al zou een iets grotere koelkast in het hoofdvolume van de woning het comfort nog verhogen. Een redelijk groot en perfect onderhouden zwembad met mooi zongericht terras brengt de nodige verkoeling. De huiseigenaar is zeer attent naar zijn huurders toe en is gemakkelijk aanspreekbaar. Wij keren zeker eens terug om onze perfecte vakantiebeleving van deze zomer nog eens te herhalen !!

Ruhige Villa mit schönem Meerblick

Wir hatten in der Villa Sylvia einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet, sehr ruhig und lässt kaum Einblicke von außen zu. Man hat einen wunderschönen Fernblick aufs Meer, einen hauseigenen Pool, einen schön angelegten Garten mit Möglichkeit zum Boulespielen und eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Feigenbaum. Der Ort Cavalaire bietet sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Geraeumige Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und professionell verwaltet! :-)

Es war ein super Aufenthalt und eine professionelle Abwicklung mit dem Gastgeber. Wenn auch der Pool noch beheizt gewesen waere (es war schon ein bisschen frisch im September und nur die Hartgesottenen unter uns sind noch in den Pool gegangen obwohl es wunderschoenes Poolwetter gewesen waere) waere es non-plus-ultra gewesen. So war es eine tolle Zeit mit viel Unterstuetzung auch sonst vom Host, das Ferienhaus ist sehr angenehm gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet!
