Welcome to our haven of peace perched on the heights of Cavalaire-sur-Mer in the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Surrounded by greenery and bathed in calm, this family villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday while being only 5 minutes drive from the center of Cavalaire and its beaches.
Swimming pool, 3 terraces, pergola, dining area, playground for children, vegetable garden...
It is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, in a serene, flowery and light-filled setting

The accommodation:
The house is composed of 2 separate levels: the main level of the Villa that you will occupy, is spacey, bright and completely independent. You benefit from a private entrance, without vis-à-vis, and direct access to the pool just for you.
The garden level (lower level) is not included in the rental but remains totally separate, with its own access. You won't meet anyone: privacy guaranteed.

It's the ideal place to enjoy the Gulf of Saint Tropez in a relaxing setting, far from the noise but close to everything.PGJyPg
Traveler access:
You have access to the first floor (kitchen, living/dining room, terraces, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet) + the 1st floor (1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room and terrace).
The exteriors around the first floor are composed of several terraces, one of which has the swimming pool, a pergola with a dining area where you can share beautiful tables with family or friends, a barbecue area, plancha and fryer, and a playground for children with a vegetable garden in which you will find tomatoes, zucchini, herbs, strawberries etc ...

The land is terraced, there is no view of the garden level which has its own entrance in a different street.

Other remarks:
This house is our everyday home, it is not a second home. This is the first time we have opened its doors for rent.
So we just ask that you treat it with the respect you would give to your own home.
