Come . A CHANGE OF SCENERY. in our barn of about 100m² completely renovated, located on the edge of the natural park on the Cambasque plateau, in Cauterets nestled at 1400M altitude.

It is located on a plot of about 750m² backing onto the Pic de Péguère, offering magnificent views of the Cirque du Lys and the Pic de Monné.

The first floor is composed of a living room with sofa bed, TV/DVD player/WIFI/mountain furniture/fireplace.
A fitted kitchen with dishwasher/oven/microwave/fridge/ceramic hob/kettle/toaster/coffee maker/raclette machine....
Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is a landing:
- one with a double bed 160x200 with dresser
- one with a double bed 140x190 with dresser
- two single beds 90x190 with dresser (landing)


The calm and beauty of the site will allow you to recharge your batteries in a protected natural environment. Nature lovers will be delighted by this preserved fauna. Hiking departures on the GR10 are at the foot of the property's gate.

The centre of Cauterets is about 3.5kms away where you can enjoy the shopping and gourmet streets and the many activities:
Swimming pool, ice rink, the Thermoludic center for relaxation and well-being...

The resort of Cauterets allows access depending on the season and desires to various outdoor activities such as cycling/mountain biking/running/hiking/rafting/fishing.
It also allows you to enjoy the pleasure of skiing with the Lys area, to be able to go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the Pont d'Espagne site, or simply enjoy the many walks in Cauterets.
The Lys gondola is 3km from the barn.
Nordic skiing just a short drive away.

Depending on the level of snow, snow chains or tyres will be necessary to access the Cambasque road, which is cleared of snow by the departmental equipment service every day.
At an altitude of about 1300M, the depth of snow can vary from a few centimeters to more than a meter, which contributes to the magical atmosphere of the place and immediately immerses you in a mountain environment.
