"Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr schön und sauber. Eine tolle Aussicht. Wir waren zur Osterzeit vor Ort. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Dafür kann der Gastgeber aber nichts. Sicherlich sehr toll zur Sommerzeit. Hier müsste der Gastgeber einen kleinen Grill noch aufstellen. Rundherum viel zu sehen und zu erkunden. Danke"

"We had a great time in Normandy! The house is a short driving distance to all the attractions, walk to the port, and a nice market by the port on Sundays. Geraldine was very communicative and answered us quickly. Even reminded us to visit the Sunday market. House is charming. Could use some nice furniture in the main bedroom (has doll size nite stands and desk). Pillows are hard but the mattress was nice. "Lovely and peaceful, not a sound from the surroundings except for the wildlife. Great night time view of the stars. Excellent games room facilities, couldn't keep the boys out. "This house is exceptional. Everyone in our party enjoyed having their own room, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The lighthouse portion of the house was a hit! It was also good to have a washer and dryer as we have had an extended stay in France. The views are exceptional and we loved Port en Bessin. Wonderful Sunday market, great restaurants and bakeries. Had a wonderful time here and would recommend it for families."

The property description made no ref. to the living accom. being at 1st floor level up what can only be described at best as an extremely demanding staircase up which, on arrival we had somehow to drag our luggage and at the end of our holiday get our cases down. "This house and quant town were perfect for us. The house was clean with plenty of space, Damien and Valery made the check in and checkout process easy which was much appreciated. We spent most evenings enjoying the many cafès, restaurants and shops around the Marina, which is just a short walk from the house! We would highly recommend this place!"

However, our studio was very disappointing, although well equipped it was not in good repair. We had a broken shower that had to be fixed, we had a hotplate that didn't work and on our third day we had no hotwater. "Our stay at the cottage was ok, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a plus. The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. "Absolutely lovely property. Great base location to visit many sights in Normandie. Village is lovely and the people are friendly. There is everything in this property you would need. Child equipment is good. Travel got, change mat, potty and even a sippy cup. Seating and beds are very comfortable. Host is a lovely man. Can’t recommend this property enough. Superb."
