"Property was great!"

"Amazing staff and management, very helpful and kind"

"Needs to improve the clean service on the common áreas of the hotel"

"I am not usually a complainer.. but I was incredibly confused after seeing all the reviews on cleanliness of the hotel. Carpet had stains, the shower curtain smelled moldy once warm water hit it, there was still soap from an existing bar of soap on one of the indents on the shower, the bathroom fan was dirty. "The room was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, parking around the hotel is extremely limited for larger (pickup trucks) vehicles. Suggestion would be to arrive early and find a spot, then don’t leave."

"I wish there were USB chargers"

"Our room was incredibly clean. Their staff team was friendly, quick and helpful. The location is convenient, just about 10 minutes from downtown plus, many places right across the street as well."

"Muy cómoda solo pasamos una noche pero estuvo muy bien "

"Our stay was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. It was old have been nice if there were end table on other side of bed for phone and book, etc. also there were no glasses in the room, coffee cups for coffee but no glasses. So if wanted a drink you had to use the coffee cup which we all know paper cups doesn’t last long with liquid in it. Other than that it was awesome. Enjoyed our stay and having a restaurant on premises is always a bonus!!"

"We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back."

"I stayed here for work. Upon arriving in my room, there were dirty sticky drink rings and sticky spots on the side end tables by the bed. I called down to the front desk, asked someone to come and clean it, they advised they would. No one ever came to clean it. When I addressed this in the morning with the front desk they played dumb, very unhelpful and proceeded to tell me to contact the Front Desk Manager. I emailed the provided email that day and have followed up, over a week still no...
