Safety Hazard House
This house is very dangerous for people to stay at. The bathroom toilet on the second floor overflowed with just urine going down so much that it leaked through the ceiling to the dining room 30-60 mins after we arrived. There were deck boards and floor bricks everywhere that were tripping hazards. In 3 rooms, exposed wires. The lawn was 3ft long, tick infested and growing everywhere. The AC units didn't work because they were filthy. The fire extinguishers were serviced in 2019. The railing going upstairs was short on both ends, not meeting code, nor safety protocols. There were stains and holes on most couches and comforters. The pool and hot tub were not clean. The pool has a leak and we had to fill it 4 times during our stay to keep it filled enough to keep the filter running, therefore it was freezing and could not get up to 80 degrees as promised...also the ability to heat the pool was non existent because of the severed tubes-false advertising. The refrigerator/freezer wouldn't stay cold- there was a melted bag of ice in the one freezer that leaked and refroze as a pool of ice. The house was a nightmare. I am hoping that someone from your company calls me ASAP!
