"We had a wonderful time staying at this property. If you enjoy staring at the river and taking lazy afternoon naps, this is your spot. We were impressed with how very clean the property is even for a dog friendly location. We loved walking our dogs around the field across the road and exploring Puget Island. "Our stay was focused on Salmon fishing. The home was perfect with a dock for our boat. Very beautiful location and great neighbors. The home is well appointed and provided everything we need. "Weather kept us out of the river, but not out of the hot tub or the sauna. Loved the quiet beautiful location. Never saw so many eagles or hummingbirds. House well equipped and comfortable. Ferry to Oregon was a treat. Everything owner told us about the area helped us get around. A special holiday that will have many good memories."

"It was cozy and nicely kept up. The bathroom and shower area was exceptional and luxurious. It's walkable to town, which we liked, but it's a bit of a hike (20-25ish mins on foot, each way). The only downside we didn't foresee was it's proximity to the main road, which made it quite noisy during all daytime hours. The host was super communicative and clearly takes good care of this space. The bedding and mattress were some of the best I've experienced in a rental!"

"The property is well maintained and spacious with lots of seating, comfortable furniture, and an excellent view from the living room. It's located in a quiet residential area (aside from hearing the sea lions down by the river), though was still close enough to conveniently reach most of the attractions in Astoria. The host was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying at the property."
