Fantastic resort with a friendly vibe and awesome staff. In particular, Paul at the front desk was incredibly helpful and generous, attentive and welcoming; and Eric the regular bartender (daytime) makes excellent drinks, friendly conversation, and creates an environment you just want to hang out in. Highly recommend! And do yourself a favour and upgrade for a bungalow, they are fantastic.

Beautiful individual cottages that were fantastic inside and out. The surrounding area didn't have a ton to do so always had to Uber to downtown or to shopping.

Property was so cute! Great drinks, clean pool. Our room could have used a vacuum. Found some crumbs on the floor was I walked it. Other than that, it was great. We ate at the Sol Y Sombrero too, the restaurant on site. So good!

Great - super accommodating staff. Pool area wasn’t very busy or loud (Late march). Nice room. I wish they had units with little kitchens. Nice pool and hot tub. Not much else in walking distance except boomers (mini golf and go karts !) Would love to stay here again.

If you're looking for a low-key, relaxed, boutique hotel, with a vibrant aesthetic, this is the place for you. The rooms are very comfortable. It was quiet, and we slept well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a great spot to hang out by the pool, play Pickleball, or just relax.

The Paloma had a very charming decor. I enjoyed the 24-hour heated pool and jacuzzi. Our room was not only spacious, especially the bathroom, but also very clean, contributing to a very relaxing experience. The poolside restaurant and bar offered great service and added convenience. However, one aspect that could be improved is the bedroom's semi-translucent vertical blinds. They allow the sunlight in at sunrise, which isn't ideal for vacation mornings when early rising isn't on the agenda. The effect is amplified by the mirrored closet doors, making the room excessively bright. Blackout curtains would be a game changer! Additionally, having a microwave in the room would be greatly appreciated for added convenience. I found the bed to be too firm for my preference, though it might suit those who favor a firmer mattress perfectly.

This was a great boutique retro-feel hotel that had all the amenities you'd need to stay for several days without leaving the property. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nice place overall, with many positive features. BUT, the room had a full trash can under sink when we arrived, and I ran out of bath gel mid-shower. As a final slap in the face, there were leftover potato chip fragments in the bedroom area rug.

The room was clean and looked very pretty but the furniture was mainly picked for looks not comfort. Bring your sleep mask too because the rooms have windows that cannot be covered so you will get woken by the sun. Also maybe ear plugs if noise bothers you, it's under a flight path and by a school. The shower was a great set up but unfinished so the water just leaked under the door onto and under the floor, we notified staff when leaving. The pool was open 24hrs which was great and clean with some pool toys. Overall they are still working on it and it's a decent place to stay.

Everything was really nice, except the carpet in our bedroom was very soiled. It really needs to be ripped up! We will stay there again, but hope that we get a room without the dirty carpet.

Really enjoyed the property and pool area. The location was great, quiet neighborhood, easy access and super close to shopping. The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtful and walked us to our room, explaining amenities. The community room near the pool was well furnished. Outdoor seating areas are countless to enjoy some relaxation time. Our room was in the main building, was very cute and the layout worked well for our group of four adults. One of the room had very small wall mounted shelves for nightstands that were leaning so much you couldn't use them. The main issue for us was the thin walls. Unfortunately when laying in bed and even in the bathroom we could hear the next door neighbors conversations, babies crying, and dogs barking. We could even hear conversations word for word. If you are sensitive to sound pollution you should avoid the rooms in the main building. I hope the bungalows would have less issues, since each bungalow is only two rooms. At the pool we ordered some appetizers, which left a lot to be desired. I had to send back croquetas which came frozen in the center. Outside food and drink is not allowed at the pool. That would work for me if the food available to order were better. Cocktails were good, as expected

You may have noticed workmen on the lower level of the building you stayed in; they are remediating the sound barriers between rooms one by one so next time you join us that should not be an issue. The Paloma was excellent choice for our recent family holiday in Palm springs. The pool was excellent, warm and great that it was open 24 hr. The location was great to see all the sites in and around PS.

We had a fabulous stay at the Paloma! Staff was friendly, the resort was extremely clean, parking was close to our room & the location was convenient (only 10-15 minute drive to main Palm Springs strip). We will absolutely be back!!

Very clean. Room has a lot of space (sitting area, fridge, bedroom, bathroom all spacious) and very comfortable. Best TV remote control buttons out of all my various hotel stays this trip. Wish I stayed longer here.

The Paloma Resort is nice in so many ways. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nicely laid out, with a very large bathroom. The bedroom had a large closet and had a large flat screen TV, but oddly, the living room had no TV. There was a large fridge and sink, but no microwave (sadly). Our room had a nice patio with table and chairs. The whole complex is well laid out, in a meandering fashion, which creates a sense of large size and also, privacy. There is a large community room, with lot's of comfortable chairs and a piano. The pool area has a bar and a restaurant. We did not eat at the restaurant, as it didn't have an inviting atmosphere. I think the restaurant needs some tweaking in that regard. The owners put a lot of thought and effort into this entire complex and it shows.

One word- Amazing. Stayed here for one night, and didn't check in until about 7:30pm but boy do we wish we could've arrived earlier! They have bikes you can use, and plenty of parking too. Such an adorable large room with a separate seating area, comfortable bed and pillows! The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors the following day. Tried watching YouTube on the TV and it took forever and a day to load so we just turned it off and didn't try again. The pool area is open 24hrs and heated, although the jets in the hot tub did not work. Plenty of chairs and little cabanas, a bar at the pool which opens @11am. No breakfast or coffee on-site which was a bummer. Truly a beautiful hotel and friendly staff, I would love to stay here again.

We've also adjusted the timer on the jacuzzi so it doesn't require pressing the "ON" button for such a long interval. if you ever need more coffee pods for the Keurig in your room text us and we will deliver ASAP! Thanks again for the great review!

This place has a fun and funky vibe! Very retro and so cool 😎. Bed was very comfortable. No street noise. Pool and hot tub open 24hrs. The Paloma would be a great place for group stays. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had the most interactions with Sonja and she was very kind and helpful. The property is large, scenic and well maintained. Our second floor views were beautiful. Look forward to future stays. Thank you!
