Marc is a great host!! Always very prompt with any questions we had. The condo is very nice and stocked with everything you could want. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great. Close to the clubhouse, golf course, driving range. There are other great amenities such as pickleball and tennis courts, a small gym and a spa. Excellent place to relax and enjoy Palm Springs!!

Awesome hosts & equally awesome accommodations !

Mark & Elaine are incredible hosts who provided my wife and I a great extended staycation for 4 months. Everything you could think of was provided, and the beds were terrific and comfortable. The outside patio was a constant relaxing spot for us and the bbq worked out great. Had a wonderful time and the pool & hot tub were only steps away. Can’t wait to come back….Thanks Mark & Elaine!!

Host was great

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at Marc and Elaine’s would definitely rent again. Marc was extremely accommodating. Mattress in guest bedroom was very firm I texted Marc and within a few days had a brand new comfy topper delivered. Now that is service. Bedrooms and main living area are very nice, beds are comfy and the up dated showers are beautiful. We had everything we needed. Thanks Elaine and Marc

Perfect Vacation Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! This condo is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation!! The beds are very comfortable, the condo is very clean and in a good location within the Desert Princess gated community. Marc is a great host and always available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Well provisioned, lovely condo!

First time to Palm Springs, booked for the weekend of a festival. If you are looking for a place with literally EVERYTHING you need, this is it! As homeowners in our 50s we loved arriving to find great beds, luxurious linens, very, very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, laundry soaps and dryer sheets, amazing towels. Literally everything a homeowner focused on comfort could want. We utilized two of the over 30 pools, walked the secure grounds, gate security was professional, and pleasant. The one thing that could have clouded our stay was a shower valve failure, and it was addressed immediately, and personally, by the owner. The level of care and service exceptional. ( *Palm Springs was in the middle of a serious dust storm during our stay, and it was everywhere. There was wind driven dust on patios, and some found its way indoors before our arrival) Rent this one and you will not be disappointed!

Great stay. Amenities were fantastic. Location excellent on 27 hole golf paradise as we were golfers. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Owner was active throughout our booking until we left. Had a wonderful stay! Will definitely book again!!

We love Desert Princess, it turned out that the unit was too big for just the two of us, but we had an absolutely amazing time! Nicest golf course in Palm Springs for the price! We used the hottub just about every night. I was at the pool most days, chairs are very comfortable, water was nice not cold, but cool and inviting. We’ll be back, but hopefully in a 1bedroom unit.

Perfect Spot

We came to visit with relatives in Palm Springs, and were so impressed with this perfectly-outfitted vacation rental! The two master suites are on opposite ends of the condo, so privacy was maximized. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry areas were extremely well-equipped, furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, even the bikes were well-maintained and in good condition. Desert Princess is a great complex, with many pools, beautiful walking paths, great golf. We can’t recommend this place highly enough; we will definitely be back!

Great place, easy check-in, Family Freindly

Nothing to criticize about the property. Lots of available pools (33). Golfing right on site good for beginners too. The main road to get to downtown Palm Springs was a little busy and not bike friendly so the kids could not ride into town alone but they could bike around the resort. This rental is recommended and we would stay there again.

Lovely Property at a Smart Price

We looked at a number of properties, and settled on this one because of its fantastic patio space. The roommate floor plan is convenient, and the space is very clean. The location, in the Desert Princess Country Club provides great amenities, is not far from downtown Palm Springs or Palm Desert, and close to 1-10 for daily excursions throughout the Coachella Valley and beyond. We would gladly rebook at this property.

Two weeks short

Unfortunately our stay was cut in half due to covid-19. Most of the things we enjoy while visiting Palm Springs we’re cancelled before we had to leave. So we can’t say we had an enjoyable trip, but it was because of something that was out of everyone’s control.

A very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Quick response by Marc with any questions we had. Very well appointed condo and close to a strip mall with grocery store and other shops. We only needed to buy groceries as all non grocery items were provided....definitely a plus. I would recommend this rental.

Great location, quality condo. Everything we could have wanted.

Owners have thought of everything we could have wanted or needed, and stocked it in a very orderly way. All that we needed was our food and drink, which is only 5 minutes in a good grocery, with a well stocked beer and wine section. Two king sized beds and lots of closet space very appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds. Well manicured yards and golf course. Two pools with hot tubs were less than a 5 minute walk. Also loved our long walks. Wide, friendly paths all around the complex made walking or biking comfortable and safe. Owner's two bikes got plenty of use. Also very close to Palm Springs and Cathedral City.

Comfortable condo in convenient location

We stayed two weeks in this two bedroom condo. It is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is within five miles of the center of Palm Springs and convenient to Interstate 5. The owner, Marc, was very quick to respond to questions we had about the condo during our stay.

Filthy and needs a lot of repairs

This is a condo that I would not recommend to anyone until the owner repairs and cleans it up. The condo was extremely dirty. I had to scrub the floors before we could settle in. I also had to clean out the fridge because there were items in there that should have been thrown out. The condo needs major repairs and paint. We had to fix the patio door screen in order to use it. The condo was cluttered with trinkets that should have been cleaned or thrown out. Kitchen tap only works on one side of the sink. There was 2 large bottles of alcohol left on top of the fridge. Couldn't use the phone because the owner had blocked it and we could not receive or phone out. Left over empty bottle left on the bedroom night stand. Location of the condo is facing the main road. Lots of traffic.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, appliances were in great condition, kitchen extremely well stocked, and the linens and towels were clean and fresh. The AC works great. The condo is close to several pools so we used a couple of them during our stay. The community is very quiet (we were there mid-July). If you are planning on going soon, 2 of the golf courses are closed so keep that in mind. Overall, we were happy with this property and would recommend it. It is a little dusty and floors could use a thorough mopping but not a deal breaker for a family with kids like us.

Enjoyable stay

We rented this condo for the month of March 2017. The condo was well equipped with up to date furnishings. We have stayed in many places through VRBO and this is the first time we have had the Golf Channel. Thanks Marc. We also appreciated the fact that we could phone Canada free of charge. The Desert Princess property is very well maintained and we like the location, being close to I-10. Marc was extremely prompt with all information that we needed and was a pleasure to deal with. We have already rented for March 2018.

TICKS MOST OF THE BOXES

We spent Jan-Feb in this well-furnished condo with 2 well-separated king masters. Lovely linens, 3 flat-screen TV's, new flooring, California shutters throughout, and two great bikes to ride. Close to pools and hotel/clubhouse, plus beautifully landscaped new community area for walking. Patio is nicely done---weather didn't cooperate for full use in a shady spot but we really enjoyed the grapefruit tree. Mama hummingbird nesting by front door entertained us as eggs hatched and babies grew. Marc & Elaine have gone the extra mile to think of everything and were prompt to answer any questions via email. Good times!

Property is in a lovely golf course community. Gated and well maintained. Easy to find.

Condo was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Clean and well maintained for an older place. Close to golf course which we played 2 days in a row. Green fees were low in December and the courses were in great shape. Restaurants were plentiful and within a short drive. Road noise was easily heard from inside the condo but that is a sign of older construction. Overall it was an enjoyable time.
