We very much enjoyed our stay at the Desert Princess. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, and well stocked. Our host communicated very well and was timely. They were very flexible with us, which was very helpful when our flight was delayed.The beds were firm, but comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and the barbecue was gas and was attached by a pipe to the house (which we didn’t realize right away). The pool and hot tub are steps away from the unit. The fitness center, tennis courts and bocce court were just across the way from the condo and easily accessible. We were two couples who shared the unit and everyone said they would love to stay

This stay was perfect! It was me, my husband and adult son. There are two King bed rooms, one ensuite and one with a different bathroom. It was close to stores, restaurants, etc. And really close to the airport, which was handy for our early morning departure. We will definitely stay here again!

David is a true superhost. He lined up ideas for entertainment, dinner and was successful to the overall enjoyment of our trip to The area. Communication was superb, we got immediate response to our text messages and the property was just as listed on the website.

My son and I just returned from a 2 week stay at a condo located at the Desert Princess gated community in Cathedral City California. Our stay couldn't have been better as David (host) was gracious and accommodating. The condo was clean and in a great location for our daily routine.

We had family coming into to town. This condo was managed by David Guerra and he was amazing with contacting us right away when we had questions. I so appreciated the kitchen with everything you don't think of needing (small scissors, ziplock bags, dish towels...). The condo was in the perfect location close to Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert! Location of condo is close to a pool and many amenities! Loved this location and condo./!!!

nice, 2BR 2BTH condo along a long, lush par 5 fairway, with mountain views in the distance. Close to airport, downtown, and all sorts of trails as well as the tramway. Stayed a week and never had to drive more than 25 minutes to get to anything. Nice kitchen and grill on property. We'll definitely be back. Small maintenance issue when we checked in caused by people who'd left that morning; we called the owner, who had maintenance there in an hour and the problem resolved an hour later. Very impressive.

My 70 old+ siblings were gathering for a few days. Location worked well as one sibling lives in Cathedral city, another was doing International film festival activities and staying in downtown PS. My sister and I came from Chicago. We had enough space for gatherings and comfortable space for ourselves.

This little Condo is a Gem!!! It’s priced VERY reasonable. It is nestled in the perfect location-close to the Airport, halfway between Palm Springs and Palm Desert and ten minutes from Rancho Mirage. The gated access gives you total security on a beautiful golf course-The Desert Princess. The two bedrooms give each guest privacy inside the condo, each with their own bathroom. The beds are super comfy, large with soft sheets! The kitchen is well appointed and the living space is comfortable-including a fireplace for those chilly desert evenings. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating! This will be my “go to” place when I come to the Desert!

Where do I start?! David was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. His hospitality went above and beyond. The house was great and very inviting, not one issue during my stay. My kids had an awesome time, especially with the pool steps away from the house. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in the desert, this is the place.

Let me start with the host David. Wow. Very professional and nice. First he called ahead with check in direction and made it so easy. Answers the phone when you call and text back right away. Such phenomenal host. Thank You David. The place. Two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. with a lot of closets. living room is fully furnished and very comfy. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway closet.Very very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. and looks remodeled. the patio is big with chairs and tables and of course the Grill. and it has automatic curtains. loved it. The pool is like 30ft away. its like your own pool. lol. Overall very satisfied and will definitely recommend and for sure will come back. My wife and my two daughters love it. Thanks again for best Father's Day weekend.👍
