De manera incoherente me contactan por otro medio preguntándome si ocuparía la reserva y ofrecen reagendar, respondí y hasta el momento no tengo confirmación. Solicito se verifique la posibilidad de reagendar para no perder el monto invertido en la reserva."

The only thing I wonder about is their request that we strip the beds and fold the used sheets and blankets and leave on the bed. It was not a cheap place to rent and wondered why that was our responsibility and not the cleaning staff. And why did we need to fold them when I assume they would be laundered. That was the only negative comment I have."

"We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense.
