"¡Terriblemente inflexibles!

"Overall, the place was clean and well kept. Having to bring our own towels was a bit of a pain, as was having to make the beds ourselves. The location was in the middle of a bunch of other cottages, very close together, so not much privacy. The biggest issue was the thermostat was locked. How can you expect guests to not be able to change the temperature of the room. It was freezing."

"We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense. During the stay someone alerted the owner (offsite) that we were 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (14,16) so we were...

"Ava was a great host, fast to respond to questions, flawless check in and well stockedamenities. The home is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee and cocktail hour. The location is the best ! Great restaurants, shops and beautiful waterfront parks all with in walking distance. We rented bikes from Tour de Vine for a day, spent the day riding on picturesque roads and visiting several beautiful wineries. This was by far one of our best girls trips ever! Thank you...

"Breanne/Host were very communicative and it was much appreciated because of the Sherkston pre-registration process. The location of the 2 Pebble cottage is absolutely dreamy - near the beach (less than 4 minutes on foot) and close to a nice children's playground as well. You can also rent golf carts from the cottage for an extra charge. I had already prepaid with Birdies Golf Carts and that worked well for a 10am to 7pm rental. The cottage is large and has two living rooms, but it really does...

"The initial impression was great, however, the next morning all was revealed. There was an ant infestation that continued through the whole trip (it was blamed on weather), stained furniture, no cleaning products (dust pan, broom etc. all locked up) and the second bedroom bed not suitable for an adult to sleep on. I did reach out to the host who did provide ant traps and chemicals, however, they did not go for the traps and were crawling all over the kitchen counters (coming out of the...

Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview

Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview

10/10 Excelente
