"The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. "Overall the condo is nice however the floor in bathroom is rotted and shower door doesn’t close well. The worst thing though is the golf cart which is so old and beat up. Most of the plastic sides when rolled up don’t stay or don’t have a clip to help stay. Also tailgate is stuck down. Definitely not like the photo at all."

"I cannot say enough about our stay and experience here and on the island. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. It was very cozy, clean and the views were spectacular. Having the golf cart was also icing on the cake. We were able to get into the town of Avalon and experience all of the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. "We stayed in the historic side of Zane Grey, our room was large, bathroom was beautiful, hillside views were lovely but not all rooms are the same in size. Downfall was the restaurant food was not very good & the pool is cold. There is a golf cart shuttle to & fro until 10pm plus pick up from the boat & luggage delivery to the dock when departing, staff was friendly & attentive. "

My only complaints would be that I was disappointed that there wasn’t a shower head in the master bath and way too many stairs to get to the condo.
