"Beautiful place with plenty of potential and lots of areas for improvement. Staff needs to learn what hospitality means. Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically...

"Rent rum, något litet med tanke på snedtaket (undvik 4:e vån). Trevlig personal. Lyxig frukost med personlig service, mycket fräscht och gott. Bra location. Bäst pris om man bokar genom hotellet."
