"Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. We did have 2 small issues that were resolved quickly, thanks to the ease of simply calling the management company and speaking directly with someone. Took little effort on our part! We will...

"The house was so comfy and nice. Had all the little things you would need. It was a block away from the ocean walk. And you can see the water from the upstairs window. We were visited by some friendly deer in the mornings. Such a great experience, would love to stay there again. "

"We really loved the location and the views — absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference for our stay! The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of supplies, although a few pans could use replacing. "Super convenient location with the grocery store right down the street and we even walked 15 minutes to dinner in Carmel one night. A little tight for six adult guys, but it was car week so we were on the go most of the day everyday anyways and it got the job done!"

"Alice's house is comfy and cozy. It is in a quiet, residential community, but only about 10 minutes''' drive from downtown. She has it well equipped for any and all meals you might want to prepare. Also, she has at least 100 books on many shelves throughout the house. Great reading! The Wi-Fi works great. We thoroughly enjoyed our "sister's getaway" and would definitely come back. "It was okay. Has an unpleasant smell that gets you as soon as you walk in. Not enough pillows or the right pillows. No couches to enjoy watching tv besides a very hard what appear to be a table with a padding on it and a quilt. The futon inside the room where the bunk beds are, it’s very uncomfortable. You are better off bringing blow up mattresses. Entrance to house area by door looks unclean with spiderwebs all around. All the outside area is unkempt and looks abandoned. Also being asked to...

"Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. "Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. "We had an absolutely amazing time. Although the house does not have air conditioning, it was in a nice neighborhood. I would say since it was car week that the driveway is not sports car friendly. You could almost bottom out our expedition. That being said this will be the first place I try to stay at each year."
