"A cozy little cottage with tiny, almost windowless bedrooms, but otherwise everything was fantastic. The outdoor patios and upper deck views are amazing and the place is so peaceful. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, are the perfect hosts and very responsive. Lovely stay!"

"Three generations of our family, with 4 children between 7 and 11 were here for a week. Our initial impression was that the villa and gardens were a spectacular setting but the accommodation areas were a bit basic and not what we expected for the 'luxury' description, as has also been described in other reviews. Be aware that the two outbuildings are the original old farm buildings/trullis. This therefore with young children gave some complications for who would sleep where. Rocco, our host...

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"La casa si trova in un luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso dove la sera la splendida veranda permette di leggere un buon libro buttando ogni tanto un occhio al cielo stellato. Le spiagge più belle del Salento si trovano al massimo a 20/25 minuti di macchina ma, anche a cinque minuti da casa. "Ho trascorso insieme alla mia famiglia ed altra famiglia di amici (3+3+ 3 cani ) 15 giorni in questa location molto graziosa e molto comoda; a pochi passi dal tramonto più bello d’Italia, con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi sia i siti balneari di S.M. Di Leuca che il “passeggio” sul lungomare. La casa è molto graziosa e dotata di tutto quello che occorre per un soggiorno di eccellenza. La consiglio a tutti."

"The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus. Our only issue was the wind in March/early April kept us from fully enjoying the great outdoor area. Later Spring or early Fall...
