"My husband and I stayed for 6 days for carnival, from booking the stay I could already tell the hostess was very friendly and helpful. We got there and she was the sweetest, explaining everything we needed to know and helping to offer with anything we may need help with. "I was traveling with family, flying in late night and this location was perfect being so close to the airport. Flo is a great host. Even before we arrived there was clear communication with instructions on how to reach the property. The place itself was very clean with full Kitchen. Even though we stayed only for a night, our stay was very comfortable."

"El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado ."
