"Very clean, terrific staff"

"My room was not that clean and had a smell of cigarette smoke. I do want to say the staff are very pleasant and very respectful, but can only do so much with the resources they have. There was never any kind of juice in the mornings even after a person came in to fix the machine. Breakfast was adequate despite that. It was a convenient location but I don't know that I would stay there again."

"Very quiet, safe and comfortable. I couldn't set the TV to have wifi channels. Only the cable channel option was available, but only old programs. I couldn't connect the TV to wifi to watch my Netflix channel. Everything else was fine. Thanks."

"The hotel is beautiful the decor is on point the rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Parking is affordable and centrally located to all the great spots in Frankfort. "

The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay.
