"We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition. "A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. "Wonderful hotel and lovely staff. Very well maintained. My only gripes are that if there is a function on, there will be music playing until midnight. We had to ask for it to be quietened down which the staff tried to remedy almost immediately and things were better. There isnt a reception phone in the room and no fridge. Apart from that it is a wonderful place and the onsite pub is lovely. We will be back. "
