"All staff were helpful and friendly especially Inman. It was neat that there was a 7-11 attached to it open 24 hrs. I hope the hotel proceeds with renovations to remainer of existing adjoining property."

"Pros:
Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help.
If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location!
Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach.
Negatives:
I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in.
The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep.
The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night.
The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

"The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!"
