Wonderful villa!

We did not know Italy at all before this stay, and wanted somewhere not too busy with tourists - this villa turned out to be perfect! The villa itself was great - big, well appointed, and cool in the day. There was so much space outside, plus the beautiful pool. There is a footpath that goes to a small stream and then the village, and it was great to be able to walk to the bar / bakery / restaurant. Recommend Il Pozzo! We were a bit surprised when a few dogs found their way into the garden but then realised the footpath runs behind the large hedge (you can’t see people, but do hear them and see their dogs sometimes) Not a problem but given the otherwise remoteness of the villa, it can give you a start to suddenly hear voices! We found it easy to get out and about - we did Cinque Terre one day (not to be missed!) and also very much enjoyed Castiglione, the village just up the hill. Access into the villa’s driveway is a bit tight but we soon got used to it, and worth it for the peacefulness of the villa at the end of the track. Loriana was there to welcome us on arrival and was easily contacted if we needed anything (we didn’t but good to know). We would love to come again to this area, and would not hesitate to book this villa again.

Wir hatten einen super schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt im Casa Eli . Die Kommunikation mit Loriana war super, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Nur wie schon beschrieben, ist die Fahrt zu dem Anwesen sehr eng als wir an den Häusern vorbeigefahren mussten und holprig. Ansonsten alles toll und zum genießen . Vielen Dank

Ein kleines Paradies

Casa d‘Eli ist ein toller Ort. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man ist absolut für sich mitten in Natur. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, der Garten ist wunderschön und riesig, was vor allem unseren Hund gefreut hat und man ist tatsächlich über zwei kleine Brücken in 5 Minuten ins Dorf gelaufen mit einer super Eisdiele, einem netten Bäcker und einer wirklich guten Pizzeria. Wanderungen kann man direkt vom Haus starten und der Fluss, der neben dem Haus fließt, ist ein Ereignis! Ein absolutes Naturspektakel muss unbedingt erwähnt werden, weil wir so etwas noch nie gesehen haben und es war wunderschön: in der Dämmerung leuchten tausende von Glühwürmchen am Waldrand auf und machen Casa d‘Eli zu einem tatsächlich magischen Ort! Wir haben dieses Ereignis jeden Abend mit einem Glas Rotwein gefeiert! Unser Dank gilt auch den wunderbaren Vermietern, die sich ganz herzlich um uns gekümmert haben! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Very nice house with a great pool area

We were a group of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). The house and grounds are extremely well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The bathrooms are great and impeccable. It's completely secluded there and yet it's a 10-minute walk to the village. The access to the house is a bit challenging because it's a bit narrow, but we drove there without any problems in a Mercedes V-Class. Just needs some practice. We had Wi-Fi outages in the afternoon and evening. The mobile reception there is very good. Unfortunately, the local landlords speak almost no English. A few knowledge of Italian is therefore an advantage. We would like to thank you for the great stay and would be happy to come back.

Relaxing Tuscan retreat

Agentur sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend als Tür ins Schloss fiel und sich nicht öffnen ließ. Allerdings Zufahrt mit sehr breitem pkw nicht möglich. Dazu fehlte Hinweis.

Amazing villa in lovely and quiet surroundings

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. The house was clean and comfortable and the spacious surroundings were very private with no immediate neighbors. The pool was fantastic and situated close to the house with nice sunbeds and sunshades. The hosts Loriana and Alessandro were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this property and would love to come back.

Schöne saubere Anlage, schon recht einsam/ abgelegen

Das große Haus ist Landestypisch eingerichtet, wir finden, dass man mit 4 Personen viel Platz hat, bei 6 Personen sehen wir dies nicht ganz so gegeben, ggf. geht es noch mit Kindern. Die Anfahrt ist wirklich abenteuerlich und man sollte die Abmessungen von seinem FZ. genau kennen. Zum nächsten Ort sind es zu Fuß, über einen Waldweg z.T. mit Steinen ca. 2 Minuten, zum Einkaufen muss immer das Auto genommen werden, dies sollte man wissen. Nach Lucca sind es mit dem Auto ca. 60 Minuten. Die Anlage ist schön und abgelegen , für andere nicht einsehbar gelegen, dass ganze Gelände ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten im oberen Bad in der Badewanne/ Dusche einen sehr geringen Wasserdruck. Wer also viel Ruhe , Abgeschiedenheit sucht und dann doch gern auch mal Auto fährt, findet ein gutes Objekt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort

Privathaus mit Charme

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Wir sind durch Loriana gut betreut worden. Das Haus hat alles was nötig ist. Die beiden Kingsize Betten sind durchgehangen. Die Dusche im Bad ist nur für Kinder. Die Dusche unten war OK. Müsste einmal ersetzt werden. Sonst ist das Haus mit Pool grossartig. Wir haben mit dem Bike 5 Touren gemacht. Die Berge faszienieren und haben uns sehr gefallen. Lucca ist ca. 25km entfernt. Mehrere Besuche wert. Besten Dank für die 14 Tage Ferien. Bernhard

Fantastisch huis voor een rustige dolce far niente vakantie

Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig heb. Zeer rustig gelegen, alle nodige voorzieningen, meer dan voldoende keukengerei, 3 mooie slaapkamers en 2 zeer goede badkamers. Buiten is er een zeer goed zwembad. Vanwege de ligging in de bergen moet het water wel wat opwarmen, 's morgens is het wat aan de koude kant. Het enige minpunt (voor ons toch) was het baantje naar het huis. Dit is zeer tricky en hobbelig. Je moet de afmeting van je auto goed kunnen inschatten. Dit hield ons toch wat tegen om snel de auto te nemen om ergens naartoe te rijden. Tip voor de verhuurder: best vermelden welke grootte van auto in de doorgang past. Hou er ook rekening mee dat je voor elke uitstap wel wat tijd moet uitrekken om in de auto te zitten. Maar absoluut een zeer zalig huis met alle nodige voorzieningen.

Beautiful remote location

The house is positioned secluded from the rest of the village so you‘ll having lots of privacy and no neighbors. The driveway is really adventurous but we were rewarded by a deer coming close in the morning and thousands of fireflies at night. We did not miss anything in the house and used the barbecue a lot. In the village you‘ll find a good Restaurant at a reasonable price. So all in all a beautiful place to relax.
