"Auf den Hügeln überhalb von Cecina wunderschön gelegen. Zufahrt ist gut machbar. Haus, Garten und Pool, alles wunderbar sauber und gut gepflegt, auch wenn das Gebäude mit der Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was aber wiederum den Charme des Ganzen ausmacht. Eine Unterkunft zum Verlieben und zum Verweilen! Dass es bei soviel Natur natürlich auch entsprechend Tiere gibt, versteht sich von selbst. Jedoch nichts, weswegen man Bedenken haben müsste. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen...

"We had a week at the beautiful Villa Lajatico at the end of August and had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped, the outdoor space for eating is also lovely and the pool area is truly splendid. The panoramic views were extraordinary and the pool itself was well maintained and a lovely size. The family who run the Agritourismo that the villa is situated on were welcoming and helpful with absolutely everything, easily available when needed. We joined them...

"Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten. "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis avec des enfants en bas âge (2 à 5ans). La villa est bien situé pour profiter de la toscane (pise et Volterra à 45min). Tiziana est une hôte très agréable, se rendant facilement disponible et aidante. La villa permet de loger confortablement plusieurs famille avec une zone de jeux sécurisée très agréable (tennis et pisicne). Possibilité d'avoir un bon service de traiteur à la maison"

"The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

"Große geräumige Villa, tolles großes umzäuntes Gelände, mit Hund dafür super geeignet. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Villa ist teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber für uns war alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Das einzige was für uns etwas störend war, ist dass einige Baustellen außen rum sind, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, jedoch wäre es bestimmt für manche eine wichtige Information. "Wir hatten in dem Haus eine super Zeit. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Zimmer haben bis auf eins jedes ein eigenes Bad was wirklich praktisch ist. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight an dem Haus vor allem bei sehr heißem Wetter. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und es hat zwei große Kühlschränke wo ausreichend Platz ist. "Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorab war sehr nett und herzlich. Es gab Empfehlungen für Sightseeingtouren, Restaurant etc. und auch die Übergabe verlief einfach und ohne große Probleme. Zum positiven: Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer mit fabelhaften freiem Blick. Es war herrlich sich auf der Terrasse und den offen Räumlichkeiten des Hauses aufzuhalten und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Auch wenn wir eine Etage des Hauses (Wohnzimmer, Musikzimmer) gar nicht genutzt haben. Insgesamt gibt es...
