Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.

We offer two types of breakfast: a standard option that includes a cornetto and a cappuccino or other hot drink, and a continental breakfast available at an additional cost.

The flat part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno valley.

The structure, dating back to 1800, is an old farmhouse.

A free guided wine cellar tasting with the possibility of purchasing local products on-site can be arranged.

A ping pong court, a children's kindergarten, and a laundry room are all in the vicinity of the property.
