The apartments boast modern and comfortable design, relaxing outdoor spaces and last generation domestic appliances.
They are in an area of Ortisei, only 2 minutes’ drive by car or bus from the town center. A nice walking and cycling path lead you in 20 minutes by bike or 10 minutes walking to the center of Ortisei as well.
This part of Ortisei called Roncadizza, is well connected with all Val Gardena and with Castelrotto / Alpe di Siusi area, all reachable by free public bus, so you can decide every day whether you want to ski or to hike in Selva, Santa Cristina, Ortisei or on the Alpe di Siusi.
The bus stops to discover Val Gardena, with its hiking paths and ski slopes like the Sella Ronda Dolomiti Superski, is located only 50 m away from the house. They drive by approx. every 15 minutes and are for free, as we provide you free tickets for the whole length of your stay. They will allow you to reach the town center and the cableways in few minutes’ drive, in Summer as well as in Winter.
Considering the presence of 2 children playgrounds, horse riding and the tennis and beach volley fields in the surroundings, Apartments Ploner is particularly indicated for family holidays with children.
The property offers daily free access to the public swimming pools MAR DOLOMIT and twice a week to its sauna. Also the tennis courts can be used for free on reservation.
House Ploner is equipped with al necessary for perfect holidays, like private parking (1 parking place per apartment), Free Wi-Fi, bike and ski deposit with boot heater, free bikes to rent (limited number).
It is the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquility, but still having the town in reachable distance.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Wonderful modern clean apartment
Great location just off the Main Street in Ortisei. Two bedrooms each with private bath.
GPS does not take you to the correct address of the management company in order to check in and get keys. But you can see a tennis court from where the GPS takes you. The check in is in the TryPack building in front of the tennis court.
They sent instructions a couple of weeks in advance. However there is information that is needed that is emailed the day of check in and since at that time we were in a car driving to the apartment, we couldn’t print it out. Unfortunately they couldn’t print it out at their office for us and the email contained the Internet code for the apartment. It was a little tricky getting that information. But once we did, all was wonderful.
