Holiday Home 'Podere Le Rote' with Private Pool, Garden, and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Podere le Rote is located in Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 250 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, fan, washing machine, books, and children's toys. For your enjoyment, there is also a ping pong table. A crib and high chair are available. Please note, air conditioning is not provided. The house offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, barbecue, and playground.



The pool is open from May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. The area offers many activities, including horseback riding and Italian cooking classes. Three parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Babysitting service is available on request.



The property offers homemade products. Upon request, the owner prepares traditional Tuscan dinners with fresh produce from the garden and region, such as wild boar stew or venison. Fresh bread is available daily. Guidelines are provided to help guests sort waste correctly; more information is available on site. The property uses energy-saving lighting.



Podere le Rote is an authentic agriturismo: the owners live on site with their animals. The house is in a secluded location, about 20 minutes from shops.
