Heerlijk huis in rustieke omgeving

Zeer compleet uitgerust huis met heerlijk zwembad en prettige airco en prachtige ligging in de Arceno wijngaarden. Siena, Florence en Arrezo zijn goed te bereiken. In de buurt van leuk dorpje met restaurants en 2 kleine supermarkten.

We felt extremely welcomed into this Beautifully maintained, privately located home with Incredible views, infusing us with a total relaxation vibe! Close to 2 small town with multiple restaurants and grocery shopping. Easy Day trips to Siena and Florence too.

Villa Arceno

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Arceno. We selected this place primarily for its location. It is convenient to countless nearby wineries, eateries at a reasonable distance and nearby cities. The location is quite peaceful with nice areas to walk. It is amongst other attached homes but it is very peaceful nonetheless. I would certainly recommend this destination.

MAGNIFICENT!

Will, our channel in CASTAWAY a better than I was one of the greatest places we could ever possibly stay! The house were superb. The property was amazing. The views were spectacular. Waking up in. This villa was exceptional. Easy drive to Pisa, LUCCA, Florence Rome or just stay here and enjoy the serenity of the Property! We can’t wait to come back!

July Stay at Casa Rondini

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rondini. After 4 very hot and busy days in Rome, our stay was a wonderful relaxing experience. Barbara was extremely helpful and easy to communicate and the house was wonderfully stocked. There really was nothing we didn't love. Thanks so much.

Villa Arceno - Casa Rondini

Exquisitely beautiful estate. Barbara, the property manager, went above and beyond to help us with every need. She was truly great and also fun to meet! The property is among one of the most romantic you can imagine, exactly what you dream Tuscany to be. Very close to Siena and Montepulciano. Would stay again and recommend to friends without hesitation.

Top of the line

It is rare to find a property as discerning as this. Everything about the home is lovely. A fabulous kitchen for cooking, a wonderful pergola for dining and a garden with incredible vistas. Barbara was also a gracious host for the owners and we appreciated all of the active communication.

Lovely house!

Beautiful, comfortable house! Kitchen is the best--well stocked, with plenty of room for multiple cooks. We had rainy, chilly weather (in May!), so we didn't get to enjoy the gardens as much as we would have liked, but they are lovely as well. Our tip: try a cooking class with Marta--one of the highlights of our sisters' trip to Italy.

Holiday villa in vineyards

Lovely property in fabulous setting. A car is essential as the nearest town is approximately 8-10 mins drive away. Very clean, stunning views from the end of the garden. Very well equipped kitchen. Shared use of a beautiful pool with loungers / umbrellas provided. Easy communication with owners during booking process and Barbara, who lives locally was there to welcome us and help during our stay. Recommend wine tasting at local vineyard ( only a 10 min walk from villa)

Blown Away Stay

We were blown away by how beautiful this location was! It is situated in a small hamlet of homes in the incredible Tuscany countryside surrounded by grape vines and peacefulness. Its location is so close to Siena and other small towns which made it so central. Upon entering the house, we were one again blown away with the chefs kitchen and open downstairs floor plan. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms large. The best part was waking every morning and opening the shutters to see that fabulous view. We had an incredible stay and I can not recommend this place enough!

Simply the best!

This was our second time staying at Casa delle Rondini. Our first time was five years ago, and everything has stayed the same. I would characterize this as meticulous perfection. Flawless communication, accommodations, cleanliness, neighbor's hospitality and the wonderful town that is Castelnuovo Berardenga. This villa in this location provides access to the region and then some. You'll have everything from the coast to Florence, Montalcino, and Siena. Thank you, Susan, Steven, and Barbara. We'll see you all again in the future!

Oh how we loved our stay! The home was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teen boys! The AC was a real plus given the summer heat. The pool is beautiful, and while it is shared with other residents, there was rarely more than 2 other people using the pool with us. The home is spacious- the pictures don't do it justice! It is so comfortable, and the kitchen is wonderful! We found that we were about an hour's drive away from our planned activities on any given day, but we knew that when we were planning. The view and serenity of the home make it worth it, and driving through small towns on the way to our destinations was magical. Dinner on the patio overlooking the vineyards- what more could you wish for?

Amazing Property to Base Your Tuscan Stay

The property owner was very responsive throughout the process, including when I needed to change my dates by one day. The home is even better than listed. The kitchen is new, but even more important is how well it is stocked. The dining abd sitting area are very comfortable. The property manager was kind enough to have shopped and left more than adequate starting groceries, including meat, cheese, milk, bread, wine, water, etc. The bedrooms are very cozy and the bathrooms are very modern. The big surprise was the beautiful yard with amazing furniture overlooking the Tuscan hills and vineyard. Mama Mia - spectacular. There was a grill and outdoor dining table as well. This made for a great place to see southern Tuscany. The Arceno vineyard also has a special for those staying on property. The one point that is crucial, is not to follow Google map directions. Get to the heart of Castelnuovo Barendenga and follow the owner’s instructions.

Amazing Property

My husband and I stayed for a week with our college age daughter. This is one of the most delightful places we have ever stayed. Casa delle Rondini was magical. We woke every morning to the spectacular view of the vineyards, and had breakfast in the lovely garden. We watched the sun set at night over the vines and hills. It was very easy to get to all the places we wanted to see, including Florence. We actually found Florence a bit overwhelming, crowded and noisy. We had a much more enjoyable time in Siena (close to the villa) and the many small towns we visited (easy day trips to Montepulciano, Pienza and even got to Spello and Assisi as well as the coast.) There are many good restaurants close to the house (highly recommend L'Asinello for the gorgeous tasting menu). Returning home several evenings and taking a walk was the highlight of our day. We felt like we had an entire vineyard to ourselves! I would love to return here some day, and maybe spend more time just sitting in the garden, soaking in the beauty and the peace of this wonderful property! Barbara, the property manager, was very helpful with directions and information about the villa and the area, and she was very accommodating with our check in and check out. The villa is very comfortable inside with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a cozy living room/dining room area. The pool is also lovely!Thank you Susan and Steven for such a wonderful experience!

Das Haus selbst ist großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und verbindet toskanischen Charme mit modernem Komfort – perfekt, um sofort in Urlaubsstimmung zu kommen.Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir viele Abende bei leckerem Essen und gutem Wein auf der Terrasse genießen konnten. Besonders toll fanden wir den Pool mit Blick in die Landschaft – ein absoluter Höhepunkt, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem, und es war überall blitzsauber.Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns mit wertvollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Märkte versorgt und uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.Die Lage ist ideal: Ruhig und mitten in der Natur, aber gleichzeitig nah genug an charmanten Dörfern, Weingütern und Sehenswürdigkeiten, um jeden Tag etwas Neues zu entdecken.Kurz gesagt: Ein kleines Paradies in der Toskana! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lovely gem!

Exceptionally beautiful gem of a cottage on a wine estate in Tuscany. Stunning views and a true chef’s kitchen outfitted to the highest standard. Our host, Barbara, was warm, welcoming, funny and very responsive. The town had a couple of very good restaurants although the hours of service were a bit tricky to figure out. To be fair, we were there during Easter week so that may have been a factor. Our favorite place to catch a quick meal in town (always seemed to be open) was Bar Centrale where the host, Sylvia, was always happy to see us. Don’t miss the Felsina tasting room. We would very highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to the Siena area and hope to visit again one day.

Amazing!!!

Casa Rondini exceeded our expectations in every way! The large house has been divided into several condos, with Casa Rondini being one of them. The house is decorated beautifully and the private garden has wonderful views and lots of privacy. Barbara was such a welcoming host with lots of good tips for our time in the area. We only wish we could have stayed another week! We will be back for sure!

Villa de haut standing dans la campagne toscane

Emplacement magnifique au milieu de la campagne toscane: cyprès, oliviers, vignes, collines à perte de vue. Villa dans un style ancien rénové, avec des équipements très haut de gamme: clim, finitions salles de bain, éclairages. C'est très confortable. Barabra, la housekeeper, est aux petits soins. Seule précision à apporter: la maison fait partie d'une sorte de hameau de 7 maisons quasi collées les unes aux autres, et la piscine est collective à ce hameau. Mais l'agencement d'ensemble a été pensé pour qu'il n'y ait pas de gène entre voisins. Un merveilleux souvenir au final.

"As good as it gets"

Quick summary. The entire experience was incredible. Every detail which started with a complete road map on what to do and how to get there. A home that was meticulous, clean and inviting. Susan and Barbara communicated from day one. We did not comprehend just how well run this property was run until we stayed elsewhere in our travels. Nothing less than a true gem in place that I would love to call home one day. We will be coming back and I know exactly where I'll be staying. Bravo!!
