This spacious 6-room villa extends across 150 m2 and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living and dining area is furnished with taste and care, featuring a sofabed and direct access to the terrace, making it a welcoming space for relaxation and gatherings. The fully equipped small kitchen is also connected to the terrace and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a microwave. A separate shower, bidet, and WC are available as a shared bathroom facility.
The 5 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a private shower, bidet, and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with one of these double bedrooms located outside the main apartment as an annex and offering its own terrace access. The remaining 3 rooms consist of 1 room with 2 beds equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, 1 room with 2 beds and a fan, and 1 room with 1 bed and a fan. It is important to note that heating is not available in all rooms, and that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
