Set against the stunning backdrop of the Gulf of Castellammare, this modern and essential villa offers breathtaking views of the Zingaro Reserve. Located on a single floor, with three steps leading to the sleeping area, the villa includes a large living room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, two bathrooms (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area) and three double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double.
