The accommodation proposed in this announcement is ideal for up to 4 people, consisting of a double bedroom (without window, but with skylight), large kitchen with living room and double sofa bed.
Completely independent accommodation, from the terrace overlooking the valley below you enter the private patio, about 25 square meters in front of the entrance, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The accommodation consists of the kitchen-living room with dishwasher and fully equipped with pots, cutlery and everything you need to be able to cook and experiment your recipes being able to take advantage of our organic garden that we provide.

The bathrooms, equipped with a professional and silent automatic aerator, have a splendid shower in crystal glass with blue ceramics equipped with towels and hairdryer.

The double bedrooms are very nice and bright, with soft colors of furniture and fabrics.
There is internet connection both internal and external.

The property is structured in 3 large terraces:

The main one, where the house stands, has a large lawn where you can relax, walk barefoot or sunbathe. A dedicated relaxation area, with swimming pool for pleasant swimming enjoying a splendid view of the sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate.

A corner has been dedicated to an organic vegetable garden for our family's use but also for our guests, you can personally remove the vegetables you want to cook from the plant. Not far away is the barbecue area with a large table for eating in the garden.

In the morning we recommend a walk among the fruit trees and to try a rich breakfast of white fig, cherries, apricots, pears that are found on the upper terrace.

The lower terrace is rich in olive and citrus plants. An area has been dedicated to arranging your car.

You will find yourself immersed in the natural garden of the Mediterranean scrub, a stone's throw from the sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate, far from the city noise, you will discover new rhythms of life and you will be fascinated by the beauty of Cilento, land of myths and legends, of hidden caves, sea crystal clear and wild and well protected.

During the stay there will be the presence of the owners who take care of the farmhouse and the small farm (for little more than family use) with the production of oil, wine, dried figs, jams, preserves, oil, cold cuts. It will be our task to make sure that your stay is pleasant and relaxing, we will be available for advice on places to visit, restaurants or trattorias or if you want even for a simple chat.

A great advantage is that of being able to enjoy silence both day and night due to the size of the property and the location not close to high-speed roads or densely populated urban centers. The slightly elevated position (about 100 ms l. M) guarantees a pleasant microclimate even on the hottest days. At the same time, the sea is only 3.5 km (both sandy and rocky) and has free parking spaces (available until 9 am) and paid parking with a cost of about a day. Private establishments and free beaches alternate. Our advice, for those who love the rocky seabed, is to swim in the locality of Punta Tresino or Punta Licosa, while for the sandy seabed the central beach of Santa Maria. Alternatively, in front of the entrance gate it is possible to use the local urban service (1 ride every 2 hours starting from 8 am).

The medieval village of Castellabate is about 3 km away and worth a visit for the beauty of its historic buildings and the splendid panorama that can be enjoyed from the belvedere.

At about 1 km, the small fraction of S. Pietro, where there is a grocery store, a butcher (very good), a pastry shop, a newsstand, a pharmacy and the patronal church.

Nearby there are the splendid archaeological sites of Paestum and Velia, and about 1 hour by car the famous city of Pompei.

The Cilento park has many nature trails, such as the Morigerati reserve, the gorges of the Calore river, the caves of Pertosa and Castelcivita.

The villages of Acciaroli, Palinuro and Marina di Camerota are worth a visit for the beauty of the sea and the presence of caves.

The food and wine is very developed, it is possible to taste from the buffalo mozzarella of Paestum, to the typical salamis, such as the sopressata di Gioi, the dried figs, the local catch and the typical wines of the territory such as Agliano, Fiano and Falanghina.

The centers of Santa Maria di Castellabate and San Marco are equipped for boat trips (we recommend a visit to the island of Leucosia) and dives to admire the splendid backdrops.

The main centers for evening entertainment are the promenade of Santa Maria di Castellabate and that of Agropoli where there are excellent restaurants, wine bars and nightclubs.
