One of the main attractions is its private terrace, with pleasant views of the garden area and the pool. This outdoor space includes a dining area, a chill-out area, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate throughout the day.

The apartment also has a private parking space and access to a communal pool, outdoor shower, and a garden area for sunbathing, all in a quiet and well-maintained environment.

In the electronic lock link, you will find two doors: "STREET" and "APARTAMENT 1ºB".
With "STREET", you can open the building doors. First, you must ring the intercom (1B) and then press the "STREET" button.
With "APARTAMENT 1ºB", you will open the apartment door. You can also open it using the keypad and the code shown in the link. Once you press it, the door handle will activate with a green light and you should turn the handle to the right until the door opens.
