"Very responsive owners to issues that popped up."

"Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #,...

"The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!"

"We had an issue, but it was not with the rental. It was the neighbors next door. Their sprinkler system sprayed water onto our patio. They must have turned it on and left their property because the sprinklers drenched our patio from around 3pm on friday to around noon on Saturday. Thus, we were not able to use the patio, to include the hot tub, Friday night."
