We were in town to bury my mom and although the occasion was sad, we were able to see family and friends which made the trip happy too. The lakehouse was a perfect gathering place for us.

The perfect base of operations for our guys eclipse trip. We enjoyed the house and all amenities. We could tell the owner takes pride in teh house and puts in the extra effort to focus on the little things. The lake is so peaceful and the fire pit was extremely theraputic. Great memories. 5 stars.

Great location for us with tremendous amenities. Very clean and the thoughtfulness of waters, a bottle of wine and s’mores supplies was awesome. I would defiantly recommend staying here.

Douglas was very helpful with any questions I had and answered very quickly before and during our stay. This property had everything we were looking for. Lots of space for my wife and I and our two adult children and their partners to each have their own rooms. We brought too much of our things as everything was provided. Towels, dishes, cookware, blankets, etc The lake was beautiful to look at and kayak on. Everyone enjoyed the water. Fishing was unproductive but we enjoyed trying. Each night we spent hours by the fire listening to music and talking. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to spent time with your group.

This lake house was perfect for our weekend stay. It was stocked with everything we needed and the views were gorgeous. We especially enjoyed using the rowboat and fire pit. We would definitely stay again.

Your wonderful lakeside home was perfect for 2 couples to spend a few days away from home celebrating a birthday. We enjoyed a beautiful view, visited a few wineries, had some great meals, enjoyed our time at the Lucy/Desi and Comedy Museums and relaxed! We asked and you told us your favorite wineries and dinner places. Spot on! Thank you for opening your home, the suggestions and your immediate responses to any questions!

The house was clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable and living area spacious and open. First time using VRBO and found the process to be very easy and owner provided instructions for everything we needed to know for easy access. Would recommend and stay here again!

The house was spotless and had everything Doug promised. The Smallmouth fishing was insane. Pulled a few 5 pounders right off the break wall.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and the host left us a bottle of champagne and cheese and crackers at the house! What a lovely surprise! The house was exactly as pictured. It was nice sitting outside watching the ducks, geese and boats passing by as well as the sun reflecting off the water. We both used the kayaks that were at the house. It was our first time kayaking, and we enjoyed ourselves. We cooked out on the provided grill too. If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is a very relaxing place. Everything was provided.

It was the perfect place for our family. The three bedrooms were very spacious. The open floor concept is perfect for entertaining and socializing. The backyard is shady and the lake is peaceful. For those with children, the park and public beach are two houses away. The park offers a basketball court and pickelball court, and the beach has an area for swimming that is supervised by lifeguards. All in all, we felt like we were staying at relative's house more than a rental.

Lovely location on a beautiful lake.in a spotlessly clean house. The owner responded quickly and effectively to any questions. Worth mentioning that the air conditioning in the house is only in the main area, the bedrooms are not air conditioned. Much of our stay was in unusually hot weather (90+). We did manage. A shower chair was available for the disabled, some grab bars would also be helpful.

We enjoyed the privacy of the lake house and enjoyed the fishing and kayaking. The house was well equipped for grilling and lake use. We had great communication with the homeowner. Would stay here again!
