The Eco-house is a modern, independent annex built in 2019 using eco-friendly materials, located at Agriturismo Timignano in the hills of central Tuscany. Overlooking a nature reserve, it offers spectacular views, unforgettable sunsets, and peace away from the crowds.



The bright, open space features exposed beams, a 160x200 cm double bed, reading corner, desk with USB outlets, equipped kitchen, and bathroom with large shower. Air conditioning/heating, mosquito screens, and Wi-Fi are provided.



Outside, enjoy a shaded patio with sofas, dining area, loungers, private garden with barbecue. The pool is shared with 2 other apartments and not suitable for guests under 16. Adults only.



Access via 1.5 km of unpaved road. Casole d’Elsa and shops 10 minutes away, restaurant 5 minutes. Pool towels not provided.
