Beautiful villa with absolute privacy! Loved every minute. Amazing view, comfy rooms, great pool and just the lovely sounds of Nature. You feel isolated in the best possible Way - and great eateries and shopping not to far away. A car is essential and you Will need to plan shopping as the roads are for the confident driver and it takes approx 20-30 min. To the nearest supermarked. But if you LOVE relaxing, sunbathing, swimming in the beauty that is Tuscany you Will not be dissapointed! And the hosts are absolutely lovely too. Definitely recommendable!!!

Great House in a beautiful location

It was very lovely staying at the beautiful house of Tony and Linda. Views from the House are stunning and the pool is great. The house is perfect for summertime and perfect for exploring Tuscany. With trips to Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre. We came out of season in end september and unfortunately the weather was not great and therefore the house felt a bit small for 5 persons as we were not much outside. However the heating functioned very well. Many of the restaurants in the neighbourhood were closed most days because of the time of year. The communication with the hosts was great also during the stay and they were very helpful. The house was very clean, however unfortunately the previous renters didn’t clean the cutlery and dishes very well. outside.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben im September 10 schöne und ruhige Tage in diesem sehr sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind traumhaft, die Ausstattung des Hauses vollkommen ausreichend. Da die Lage aber durchaus einsam ist braucht man ein Auto. Wer also seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier komplett richtig.

3rd time in casa del falcetto- again amazing stay

We spend wonderful 2 weeks in this beautiful and relaxing house. Tony and Linda are wonderful hosts and have made some small but nice adjustment to the house during the years. We love the outdoor shower, the well maintaned property and the stunnig view with the pool and the mountains. Communication as always uncomplicated. If you are looking for a peaceful and close to natur place- this it is.

A picturesque house with a beautiful pool.

Very nice owners and a great location. Casa del Falcetto offered pure tranquility, with deer and kites in the sky. A wonderful escape from everyday life… Thank you, Tony!

Entspannte Familienzeit in naturnaher Lage

Wir hatten eine total entspannte Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es liegt idyllisch mitten in der Natur und man hat von dort einen wunderbaren Blick auf die traumhafte Berg- und Landschaftskulisse. Die Tierwelt grüßt regelmäßig, sei es der Fuchs, der abends ringsum nach dem rechten sieht, Rehe, Wildschweine, zahlreiche große und kleine Vögel. Der Pool ist klasse und wird gut gepflegt. Kenneth hieß uns herzlich willkommen und gab zudem gute Tipps, z.B. der Markt in Fivizzano (Nebenstrecke dorthin ist abenteuerlich). Alle Mahlzeiten konnten wir fünf Erwachsenen dank des super Wetters draußen unter dem Sonnenschirm einnehmen. Am Küchentresen wäre es etwas eng geworden, aber durchaus möglich. Alles in allem eine runde Sache. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

2 weeks in the mountains

We recently enjoyed 2 weeks at the property and it was exactly as we had hoped - quiet, relaxing and a great getaway from our hectic lives. The road in was not as precarious as others had mentioned and once at the home it’s fantastic. The views are wonderful and all the conveniences one would expect are at your fingertips. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice and peacefull villa

Linda & Tony are gracious hosts and know their villa's surroundings well so all tips were spot on. The villa is beautifully situated with no immediate neighbors so a relaxing stay is guaranteed for those of us looking for peace and quiet. For off-season stays its best to check carefully the restaurant opening times, but plenty good places around. Car with a higher clearance recommended, especially if venturing to smaller back roads.

Great view!

Fijne vakantie gehad met een prachtig uitzicht. De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook prettig. Het zwembad was top, we kregen goede tips van de zwembad schoonmaker. Huis is voor 4 volwassenen en 1 kind net groot genoeg.

A beautiful location in the Tuscan hills

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks and it was in such an idyllic location. The view of the mountains was breath taking. We went in August and it was very hot so having the pool there was an absolute god send. The temperature was perfect and it was well maintained. We did 3 big trips to Lucca, Florence and Pisa. We drove to Lucca (unfortunately the local train doesn't run anymore) and Pisa without any issues, takes around 90 minutes. For Florence we drove to La Spezia and caught the train from there, again very easy. It turned out that on the return journey, business class was cheaper than standard class and included snacks and drinks! Definitely worth checking beforehand. The house itself was very clean but did get hot at night, however fans are provided in each room. The curtains are white and thin so if you have light sleepers it's worth bringing along some blackout blinds. One of the beds was quite squeaky but other than that everything was very well equipped and maintained. There are a variety of larger supermarkets in Aulla (including Lidl) which were handy to stop at on the way back up to the house from day trips out. Agriturismo Spino Fiorito restaurant is definitely worth a visit, the food was incredible. Overall, a wonderful stay that we thoroughly enjoyed 😃

Peace and Tranquility

After spending 3 weeks in Casa del Falcetto in 2020 we were very excited if we would love the place again so much. What should I say? We felt like coming home! The house has everything that we need, the pool is lovely and the view is stunning. Linda and Tony are lovely and welcoming hosts given all the current information you need ahead. Looking forward to 2024!

Absolutely incredible setting

Our family of 5 had a lovely, comfortable stay. The property is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. We stocked up at the Penny Market in Aulla and enjoyed exploring the area. A day trip to Luca and Cinque Terre were amazing.

Ein kleines Paradies!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Lunigiana und in Tonys und Lindas Haus! Man kann es nicht anders sagen- man kommt sich vor, als wäre man im Paradies gelandet: Diese Ruhe, diese Aussicht, der große Pool, alles zusammen ist Balsam für die Seele. Wer ganz nah an der Natur sein möchte und trotzdem nicht auf ein wenig Luxus verzichten will, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Reinigungsservice hatte alles wundervoll für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet, die Betten sind sehr bequem (auch für Rücken-geschädigte), Moskitonetze in den meisten Fenstern, ausreichende Ausstattung in der Küche, Bäder sauber, genügend Hand- und Badetücher…. Einfach nichts auszusetzen. Eine absolute Bereicherung ist Kenneth, der zweimal die Woche kommt und sich um den Pool und den Garten kümmert- abgesehen davon, dass er seinen Job super macht, war er unser ganz persönlicher Tourist-Guide. Er kennt sich in der Gegend bestens aus und kann sehr gute Tipps zu allen Lebensbereichen liefern. Auch unsere Kinder waren rundum glücklich- jeden Abend ab ca 22:00 Uhr erleuchtete das Haus im Licht von Abertausenden von Glühwürmchen- was für ein Spektakel! Dazu die Geräusche der Natur von Fuchs, Wildschwein und Kauz… früh morgens dann Rehe am Haus… Der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer- nächstes Mal buchen wir für zwei Wochen, die Region bietet noch so viel zu entdecken! Tausend Dank für dieses Erlebnis und bis bald! Herzliche Grüße.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Platz in der Natur

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern und Hund an diesem schönen Ort inmitten der Natur. Unser Hund hat die große Freiheit genossen - endlich über ein riesiges Grundstück wachen. Das meiste ist schon in den Bewertungen gesagt. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Am Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge der Apuanischen Alpen (ein Traum)! Der Pool ist bei uns so zwischen 21-23 Grad gewesen, Trotz der niedrigen Außentemperatur 16-18 Grad konnten wir ihn an sonnigen Tagen verwenden. Man ist dort wirklich für sich und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wandern ist natürlich ein Muss - die Region hat wirklich viele schöne Bergdörfer.

Splendid views!

This home is just wonderful! The house, the views, all of it. If you want a cozy spot with peace and quiet, one with good restaurants around, or a kitchen to try your own Italian cooking in, this is it. And the pool is an added bonus. Tony answered any questions we had and left us some lovely wine. Such a pleasant place to spend a vacation! Was tough to leave!

Traumurlaub mit guten Freunden

Wir genossen zwei herrliche Sommerwochen zu Sechst in diesem sympathischen Ferienhaus. Eine spektakuläre Aussicht, gut bezeichnete kleinere und größere Wanderwege in der Umgebung, wunderbare Rennradsträßchen und natürlich der schöner Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen.
