"We were a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids under 7, and this was our first time in Sardegna. The house was in the perfect location - close to the beaches and to centre of San Teodoro. But the best part of the trip was Massimo - he was so helpful, and got us a rental car when ours fell through, arranged a taxi for our ride to the airport, and gave us great suggestions for the beaches and restaurants nearby. He was always responsive and attentive. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Ordentliche Wohnung leider ohne Klimaanlage Wenn auch nicht so wichtig in der Zeit wo wir in der Wohnung waren. Aber gerne wieder, gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur, jederzeit erreichbar. "

"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.
Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.
We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.
They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.

"Exelente la recepción por parte de todo el personal. La afectuosa bienvenida de Samanta. La cordialidad predisposición y dulzura diaria de parte de Lorenza maravillosa !!!! la atención y dedicación de Andrea en el desayuno y cena. La coordinación de los servicios contratados por parte de Adela y Rita.
La playa del hotel y la piscina espectacular. Sin duda volveremos toda Cerdeña bellísima."
