"This was an attempt to put a modern air bnb approach to an old hotel industry.
Reception was manned only when you called, entry was by digital number pads and the rooms were quiet.
Centrally located and walking distance to the seafront. Will definitively use again."

"My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days and have zero faults!
The entire place was incredibly clean and the beds were SO comfortable. On top of that, Tracey was lovely! The breakfasts were all expertly made (I made my way through a couple of them) and the entire stay had a homely feel that didn’t feel overpowering.
The room had amenities most hotels don’t provide, including Prime, Disney, Netflix and NowTV logged in on the tv.
The venue is bang in the middle of old town and literally a stones...

"We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs.
No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property.
It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid.
Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....
