"Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano "

"The photos cannot do this property justice, it's just beautiful. The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. We spent hours playing in the lake- apparently the cleanest in Europe.Francesca was extremely nice, super-helpful and fast to reply- she really went over and above what you'd expect from a host"

"Wat hebben we genoten. Het huis is prachtig, mooie ruimte en heerlijke tuin en zwembad. Onze hond was mee en kon fijn los lopen. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en gaat niets uit de weg om het je naar je zin te maken. Echt een aanrader als je zoekt naar een mooie omgeving en rust. "

"We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. "

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme dans une belle propriété. L accueil était très sympathique et l appartement très confortable. Les terrasses à l est et à l ouest permettent d être à l extérieur en permanence. Les déplacements à pieds ne sont pas très agréables car sur les bords de route passantes. La vue sur le lac est enchanteresse."

"Points positifs : Lits grande taille. Plage accessible avec 2 paddle à disposition. Points négatifs : Climatisation HS dès notre arrivée. Nous avons dû dormir à 35 degrés avec des fenêtres ouvertes et une route très bruyante. Annonce précisant un bain à remous non présent. Après réclamation, Abritel se décharge sur l'hôte et vice versa. Problème de traduction ou autre, le constat est que nous avons quitté les lieux après une nuit, sans dédommagement ni remboursement à ce jour. Dommage..."

"Au bord du lac d'Orta, la maison de Bruno est parfaite pour se reposer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La région est magnifique. Le jardin est très appréciable avec des enfants et l'accès privé au lac est superbe. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avaec plaisir."

"La planta baja con salón comedor, cocina y terraza son amplios y están muy bien.En la planta superior las 3 habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Era Agosto y hacía mucho calor en estas habitaciones aunque tenían ventiladores.La vajilla también se puede mejorar: sólo hay 4 vasos y son diferentes, y solo 4 tazas grandes, también diferentes."

"We had an amazing week at this property! There was a warm welcome from the hosts and then plenty of privacy in the comfy apartment and garden with sweeping views of the mountains. We had an excellent stay and would love to come again in the future. The lake and surrounding area is stunning!"

"Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See ist wunderschön, ebenso der in Terrassen angelegte Garten. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el cuarto estuvo espacioso y el baño confortable. En la tarde/noche el agua caliente no funcionaba y era imposible apagar el aire acondicionado o controlarlo. Hacia frio en el cuarto . pero encontre una cobija para la noche. No hay lamparas que permiten leer en la cama. La TV con solo 2 canales de info en francés, ninguno en ingles. La comida del restaurante realmente mala y el servicio no muy simpático. El desayuno mucho mejor. Me esperaba en general a un servicio mucho mejor para el costo del cuarto . Los técnicos (agua/AC/TV) muy amables pero sin poder hacer gran cosa para remediar a estos problemas."

"It was great! We stayed only for one nighr but it was very easy to get there, they have private parking so we didn’t have to go around looking for it. The rooms were very clean, nice view to the park and with all the personal items you need in the bathroom. The buffet was also very good! Would totally repeat!"
