At the entrance to the village, a 50 m² apartment in a building containing two other apartments (10096 and 10997). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds - Shower room - WC The property includes three other rental units (no overlooking). - Heated swimming pool shared with the other apartments (10 x 5.5 meters, depth 1.20m to 1.80m), open from April 18th to November 2nd (9 am to 8 pm), secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Shared enclosed grounds of 5000 m² - Covered terrace of 7.5 m² with unobstructed views of the village, mountains, and valley - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Children's playground - Parking - Reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (with a 160x200 cm bed) - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Freezer - Microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Mobile vendors: grocer (once a week), dairy and vegetables (once a week) - Guided mountain and river walks with the owner (free of charge) - Bed linen (€15/set) and towels (€10/person) are payable directly to the owner. - Cleaning service (€75) is payable directly to the owner. Owner - Cleaning deposit €75 if cleaning option not selected - Electric vehicle charging station shared with the other gîtes (additional charge payable on site to the owner: €7/day) - If the entire stay is not available in this gîte, as the gîtes are adjoining and identical, please do not hesitate to contact us to check the availability of the other accommodations. Two weeks in two different gîtes is possible without additional booking fees.
