This is promoted as a luxury apartment, European quality but there was not much luxury about it hence the 2 star review. If you are going to promote something as luxury, and price it as luxury, then deliver luxury!
The cleanliness of apartment was questionable. Had to wipe down all counters, including the kitchen counter, the dining room table, and the coffee table upon arrival. Completely filthy. The entire kitchen needs a deep cleaning. There’s a layer of grease buildup on everything. The refrigerator also had remnants of food in it so therefore we did not feel like cooking anything as we would have to clean everything before using it. LED light flickered 15 min.
The full bathroom is in need of a renovation. Black mold around the sink. No bar to hold onto to get in and out of the very tall tub. Exhaust fan did not work.
Sliding glass window in the living room did not close all the way which made heating the place challenging. There is only one heating/AC unit and that is in the living room. The heat did not reach the bedrooms.
The elevator in the building was not working on 2 occasions and we only stayed for 3 days. Thankfully, it worked on the days we had to bring our luggage up and down.
We left early in the morning and the front gate was locked. One morning the doorman was not there and we had to call the property manager to help us get out of the property. That delayed us getting to the airport by 30 minutes. The property manager is indifferent & gaslights.
