The owner did not respond to communication. I spend more time to reach to him for access information and also reaching out to vrbo helpdesk was not helpful but eventually managed to get the owner contact number after 4 hours. The kitchen is not equipped with even lighter. There were only 2 tea cups with one broken.The shower room light was not working which was fixed after 2 days. There are 3 different stairs to the lift with no rails. This should be highlighted in description.The advantage was the location and the polite people. The AC was not working and it was hot. The people keep saying the AC works though which was not helping.
