Not like home
The facility IS nice. However, there some drawbacks; The throw rugs tried to cripple us. TV, using the antenna, was pixelated. The bed frame is 'Shin Getter' (after a couple of times, you remember to give the corners wide berth). For an aired part of the country, that uses waterless urinals, it's strange to run WATER 5 minutes to get warm water(NOT HOT water). The locking mechanism on the door could be a LOT simpler and easier to use. There are digital dead bolt locks that are MUCH easier to use. There could have been extra blankets. There should be a way to shade the high windows in the living room ( some people watch TV in early evening). Somebody should be available to talk with, on the phone or in person, not an answering machine. The checkout time seems a bit early.
